Amazing hotel and location! Located next to the beautiful Panmen Scenic Area it’s is a really good place to get a hotel! Also close to a metro stop and has lots of entertainment around. Hotel is very clean and modern and offers a lot of things. It also offers a free hanfu experience that you need to book ahead which would be great for photos around Panmen.

The hotel have great amenities that help you do laundry and provide free supper as well (porridge and pau). Staff is kind enough to provide warm water during winter time when we went outside

The hotel is next to the moat, very close to the subway entrance, and the transportation is very convenient. The young ladies in Suzhou are very gentle. The room is not big but it is enough. The breakfast is great and has received unanimous praise. I will consider staying here next time.

Check-in is fast, close to the subway station, convenient transportation, reasonable room layout, comfortable environment. The front desk service is considerate, can help heat up take-out meals, and the room is cleaned in a timely manner.

I chose Atour for my concert! I came again because I had a good experience staying there before. The room was clean and tidy, and everyone from the front desk to the aunt was very friendly! After the concert, I came back to the hotel hungry and it was a bit cold at night. I saw that there was a late night porridge service, so I ordered a bowl! It was really heartwarming!!!

The room is very small, with inner windows, poor ventilation and poor sound insulation. I have stayed in Atour many times, and this was the worst experience. There is laundry service, which makes up for it.

I'm so used to sleeping on Atour's pillows, I always try to sleep at an Atour hotel when I travel. The hotel is very clean. Even on a hot day, the front desk offered tea and water during check-in, which was very thoughtful! The location is not far from the subway station, and there aren't many large vehicles nearby, so it's relatively quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest. The room's soundproofing is a bit lacking, but thankfully, the hotel provides earplugs, so it's not a big deal.

Great value for money. After I asked the girl at the front desk to live in a higher room closer to the moat, she was very considerate and upgraded the room type. On the left side of the window is the Ruiguang Pagoda in Panmen Scenic Area, and on the right side, you can see the Suzhou city skyline and the Oriental Gate in the distance
