🌐 Environment: Clean and tidy, with an overall Suzhou garden style decor. Located within the Jiangnan Weaving Museum complex, it offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. For weekend trips, I'd advise against bringing too much luggage 🎒, as Shantang Street can get crowded and the cobblestone paths are hard to navigate. It's a 500-meter walk from Exit 3 of Shantang Street Station on Metro Line 2 মেট্রো. 🍜 Dining: The hotel only offers breakfast, which includes Suzhou-style red soup noodles and small side dishes – quite exquisite. 🏨 Room: The family suite has a small living room perfect for tea. When we booked, they even provided fish food, as the hotel garden has a small canal where you can feed fish. There's a bathtub with disposable tub liners and bath powder. The toilet, shower, and vanity areas are all separate, ensuring privacy for everyone. The front desk lady was super helpful and provided great travel recommendations. You can also store your luggage after check-out. The complimentary travel photoshoot is perfect for family photoshoots, especially for families traveling with children~

This entire hotel is designed in the style of a Suzhou garden, with white walls, dark gray tiles, and elegant verandas. The koi pond in the courtyard creates a wonderful ambiance, and you can see silk intangible cultural heritage displays everywhere, giving it a rich ancient charm. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained, making for a cozy and relaxing stay. The staff, especially Summer, are attentive and responsive, always patiently helping with any requests. Spending leisure time sitting in the courtyard and enjoying the hotel's afternoon tea truly elevates the experience. It offers an immersive experience of a Jiangnan garden while being very convenient for getting around. It's perfect for both family trips and short getaways. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Suzhou.

The room's hygiene and environment were quite poor, as evidenced by the photos. There were a lot of spider webs in the room, the tissue box was dirty, and there were many more cobwebs I couldn't get clear pictures of. I was startled when I saw a gecko by the room door; it scurried into a crack in the doorframe, which scared me even more. I stayed up all night watching my child, too afraid to sleep. It felt like a room that hadn't been lived in for a long time, or one that was rarely cleaned. The 'environment' star is for the lovely courtyard garden, but the hygiene doesn't even deserve one star. The 'service' star is for the butler, who worked hard to help with luggage in the heat; I didn't experience any other service.

The hotel is located on Shantang Street. Since it's a tourist area, it gets very crowded. Taxis can't drop you directly at the hotel entrance, so it's essential to contact the concierge beforehand to find the closest access point to walk in from. The overall environment is quite beautiful, and with keycard access, privacy isn't much of a concern. If you're an early riser, taking a stroll along Shantang Street in the morning is quite pleasant as there aren't as many people, haha. The room's decor is also in a classical Chinese style. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. If I had to pick a flaw, the soundproofing isn't particularly good... I could hear doors closing next door quite clearly at night, but it generally quieted down after 11 PM. P.S. The front desk lady was very warm and her service was incredibly thoughtful.

Shantang Street is a culturally rich and bustling place, but it's *too* bustling, and in summer, it really tests your endurance. Jiangnan Weaving House is located in the middle section of Shantang Street, and being able to rest nearby when you're tired is such a lifesaver. This time, I'm incredibly grateful to the front desk staff, Xiao Xin and Shasha, for their meticulousness and warmth during check-in, and to Charles for arranging a pick-up and drop-off point in advance. This was a huge help for us, traveling with children and elderly family members. From handling luggage to guiding us through registration, and continuously asking about our family's needs, their service attitude was truly touching. Miss Xiaoneng and other colleagues who took over the front desk the next day also maintained the same consistent service, and the breakfast auntie was just as friendly. They were especially thoughtful when they learned we were celebrating our child's birthday. They even ordered a lovely little cake for us, which made our child deeply feel the warmth of the Suzhou people – he was absolutely delighted! The facilities, however, were a bit of a pity; there was no safe and no smart toilet, and storage space was a bit limited. But the air conditioning was excellent, and the lighting was comfortable. The bedding was also very good and comfortable for sleeping, and the internet speed was decent. For a short stay, the family room is still very suitable. Most importantly, there were no mosquitoes in the room, no mosquitoes, no mosquitoes! The hotel's ambiance is elegantly antique yet incorporates modern design elements. The loom display on the first floor is particularly splendid and spectacular. It effectively blocks out the hustle and bustle of Shantang Street, creating a peaceful haven for rest. I highly recommend it for short-term travel!

I was very satisfied with the service, though the room felt a bit old, especially the door. The hotel is located within the scenic area, which made it a bit difficult to drag luggage in, but they arranged for a porter to help us, which was great. What really stood out was on our departure day, the driver took us to the high-speed train station; it was a smooth, quick, and very thoughtful ride. Many thanks to the driver!

The location is super convenient, right inside the Lingnan Guild Hall on Shantang Street. It's a quiet hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle, with excellent service, especially in summer. The small garden inside the hotel is beautiful! The service was great and very warm and welcoming~ Loved it! 👍 I'll definitely come back next time!
