Room was very nice, felt spacious and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was a bit slow, but there was good mobile signal in the room. The hotel was very close to the metro exit, and located near a mall with good food options. It was also a short walk away from dushu lake, taking only about 10 minutes.

The service was excellent! 👍🏻 The lady at the front desk helped me with my dried clothes and hung them up for me, thank you. The value for money is outstanding, and it's very clean. I'll definitely be back next time.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. The atmosphere is cozy, and the room is clean. The laundry room is open 24/7, and both the washer and dryer are very efficient, which is a must-have for business trips. The bedding is comfortable and breathable, ensuring a good rest. The price is affordable without compromising on quality, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommend staying here!

Very rude and unprofessional employees at the front desk. After calling me on my room telephone I was accused of travelling with an invalid visa by the staff members. This is very unprofessional and was very embarrassing for myself. This incident ruined the whole stay and after this I will never book and stay in a IU hotel again.

I enjoyed my time at the IU Hotel. It was in a nice area and there was plenty to do. I found that the staff were really easy to communicate with and they were always quick to help. The room itself was lovely and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. My only complaint was that I had no window - it was a window that was connected to a creepy little hallway in the middle of nowhere that was not accessible. Also, the walls are a bit thin, so one can hear almost everything happening in the other rooms. This would not be a problem usually for me, but some travelers had no sense of propriety. Children running down the corridors, adults shouting in their rooms or playing loud music, or children playing games on their phones well into the night. It was a little difficult to sleep. Other than that, I had a wonderful time indeed!

We chose this hotel because its location was convenient relative to the people we were visiting. Because of flight delays we arrived quite late in the evening, and the reception staff at that time had no English, so that check-in communication had to be managed through a translation app. However, we got to our rooms, which were adequate. The public areas were limited to the reception area and the hallways leading to the hotel rooms, thus the impression was more that of a hostel than a hotel per se. Breakfast was served in a room just off a public hallway, and none of the staff had any English. Breakfast fare was rather limited and in general not very tempting. This hotel is only recommended for people with limited expectations and one a shoe-string budget.

I stay at the IU hotel for several weeks. It's a very good hotel. The management of the hotel is polite and managers are very friendly and nice. The cleaning services also good. The room is clean and bright, I have a room with big windows. It's a very beautiful view on a city and it's green around. I didn't took a breakfast, but saw its a lot of good food provided there. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's just 3-5 minutes from the Moon Bay subway station in Suzhou. Nearby is a lake, just 7 minutes walk, it's very beautiful. I will stay at this hotel again. I recommend it.

There is the window, but there's no view only the wall. The first day I arrived, the room had a very stong smell of smoke. But other than that still good.

Quite a cool place. Not extraordinary but definitely fair pick.
