IU Hotel (Suzhou Dushu Lake Higher Education District Moon Bay Metro Station) Reviews

I booked this place for quite a while since I was in between things and they cared for me very much! The breakfast is basically the same every day, but have at least something for everyone and cheap. I know they can’t control it too much, but there is always a smoke smell in the hallways from people smoking even though it is a non-smoking hotel. Other than that, this hotel was great!

Right next to the scenic area, with a great environment.

I brought my child here for interview training. The hotel is right at Exit Moonlight Bay on Line 2, and it offers excellent value for money.

The pic online is totally different from what you get in actual. The build of the hote environment is dirty too.

Went with my girlfriend and she was really happy. The cleanliness was great, the environment was lovely, and the service was incredibly attentive. We also went downstairs for breakfast, which was pretty good, and the projector in the room was very clear.

Great location, disposable towels provided, TV works fine, but no shower slippers and the lighting is a bit dim.

They kindly upgraded my room for free. The hotel's decor is quite nice, and the hairdryer is cordless with a protective cover, which is very convenient.

Very clean and location is good for everything. Near the food courts.

Spacious enough, near metro and a few food places. Also has a laundry room. The staff is quite kind to allow me earlier access to the room before 2 PM.

The location of the hotel is near the Yueliangwan station Exit 7. Check in and check-out process was smooth, the room was clean and the service was great. Would recommend it again!

Room was very nice, felt spacious and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was a bit slow, but there was good mobile signal in the room. The hotel was very close to the metro exit, and located near a mall with good food options. It was also a short walk away from dushu lake, taking only about 10 minutes.

The service was excellent! 👍🏻 The lady at the front desk helped me with my dried clothes and hung them up for me, thank you. The value for money is outstanding, and it's very clean. I'll definitely be back next time.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. The atmosphere is cozy, and the room is clean. The laundry room is open 24/7, and both the washer and dryer are very efficient, which is a must-have for business trips. The bedding is comfortable and breathable, ensuring a good rest. The price is affordable without compromising on quality, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed my stay. Very convenient.
