Our family of six stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou.

Room is spacious. There is free coffee and snacks at lobby. The staffs are friendly. There is a delivery robot too 😆

The rooms are great and very spacious, definitely a good choice for a trip to Suzhou. The location is fantastic, very close to Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street, and also conveniently near Chadaochang Metro Station. It's super easy to get to Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden. After dropping off your luggage, you can even take a stroll to Yipu Garden and Yiyuan Garden. The hotel uses robots for food delivery, and unauthorized personnel can't access the guest floors, which provides a good sense of security. My original room had a minor drainage issue with the bathtub, causing a slight leak. However, the staff quickly moved me to a room with a larger tub and helped me transfer my luggage, which was excellent service.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, and the overall cleanliness was exceptional – everything was spotless and tidy. **Cleanliness:** Truly outstanding, incredibly clean and well-maintained. **Environment:** The ambiance was excellent. **Facilities:** They thoughtfully provided a coffee machine, ice cream, and snacks. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; you could ask them for directions or recommendations for anywhere you wanted to go. There are also plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Suzhou. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, nice staff and cleanliness. They have a laundry room for us to use for free as well. Great location also.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was also quite spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and ice cream available at the front desk. The parking lot right next door was very convenient, and they even provided free parking vouchers, which was a huge plus! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around.

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The front desk service was excellent; they offered luggage storage, and as a lovely gesture, they even gave us two beautiful hairpins when we checked out, which we absolutely loved. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to all the main attractions. It was easy to hail a taxi right outside the entrance, and the subway station was just a short walk (about 200 meters away), making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a bathroom with a great wet/dry separation design. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Had a very satisfying stay. The hotel offers free parking, and its location is super convenient, with two subway stations nearby. The front desk even provided complimentary snacks and ice cream, which was a lovely touch. The service was excellent; during check-in, they kindly upgraded my room to a much larger one. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose them again for my next trip.

pretty alright hotel. got a free room upgrade upon arrival. aircon was pretty strong. water pressure is good. but there’s no fridge in the room. the guy was insisting that i do my review on the spot and wanted to do it on his own :/

the bathroom door can not be closed properly.. but overall is good

Modern hotel, common areas and hallway could do with a god clean. Limited English but overall large comfortable rooms walking distance around town!

Enjoyed my stay here, very nice place and I would definitely come back again! Staff are really friendly too!
