This hotel is located right in the center of Wujiang, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment, and it's close to Shengjiacun Leisure Plaza. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and parking is convenient. The breakfast is extensive, with Suzhou-style noodles being a highlight, and the pool is good. As it's a business hotel, there are pretty much no facilities or activities for families with children.

Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The service was efficient and staff were polite and responsive, which is important for business travel. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick. The facilities were well-maintained and suitable for work—Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace in the room was comfortable. Common areas were clean and organized. The food was decent with enough variety, though there is still some room for improvement in terms of options and quality. In general, this is a convenient and comfortable choice for business travelers, and I would consider staying here again.

Our family stayed at this hotel in Wujiang and opted for a family room. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel itself is quite impressive, with a large parking lot, and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety.

On my road trip back to Shanghai, I decided to stay another night at the East Hotel (because I love their pool). I was lucky enough to be on the 23rd floor, a non-smoking floor, and even luckier that Aunt Qiu was working again! She greeted me with her usual warm smile, proactively asked if I needed anything, and was incredibly attentive. She definitely deserves a shout-out! And I also want to praise the management and service at the pool! It's truly a place worth coming back to again and again!!!

The overall in-room experience was decent, but the parking and driveway management at the lobby entrance were not very guest-friendly. The driveway, which could originally accommodate two-way traffic, had one side directly blocked off to control erratic parking, leaving only a single lane for entry and exit. As a result, if there's a vehicle temporarily dropping off or picking up guests at the entrance, cars behind it are forced to queue, leading to low traffic efficiency and easy congestion. I suggest the hotel optimize the traffic flow design at the entrance/exit, and strengthen on-site vehicle guidance and order management, rather than simply blocking off access. This would improve the guest's transit experience.

I enjoyed my stay here. Amazing Breakfast, the tub was awesome and the staff is great. I'd definitely book again.

My stay at this hotel was magnificent. The lobby is so beautiful, and the receptionists are amazing! the breakfast wowed me, although I had breakfast only on the first day because I am a morning sleeper but my wife though, she is a morning sleeper as well but she couldn't miss out on the breakfast so she never miss none of the days. What we paid for 4 days 3 night was not what we expected. We had more than what was paid for. I think we stayed in a business suite on a low budget..hahaha. Above them all, I forgot my coat jacket in my room when I checked out. I remembered when I was at the airport back to Shanghai. The hotel quickly mailed my jacket back to me in Shanghai on a free basis and on time, too. Wow. I'm definitely coming back!

A hotel is a hotel, as long as it’s clean, doesn’t smell too bad, it’s generally a good stay. The only issue I had was with the wifi. It was extremely slow… I ended up switching to mobile data; and this was to load up local apps (vpn not required). Using a VPN was also quite slow. Easy to find, friendly service, and I’d happily stay again if they can sort out the wifi issue

Excellence value for money. Very good breakfast.
