Jinling Hotels& Resorts properties in Suzhou

The environment here is wonderfully serene and elegant, truly a magnificent classical garden-style hotel. It boasts ancient trees that reach for the sky, beautiful rockeries, and tranquil winding corridors. Located right in the heart of the old city, it's surrounded by countless shops and incredibly convenient for transportation, yet it remains a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful. And the front desk lady? Absolutely charming!

I was upgraded for free to a room on the 25th floor, which was large and spacious with complete facilities. The staff at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the breakfast restaurant were all kind and friendly. The breakfast selection wasn't very diverse (I didn't see a single complete meat dish for two consecutive days).

Two bedrooms, one living room and three bathrooms. This room is great for traveling with the elderly. The room is clean and tidy, the service is very considerate, and every staff member I met is very warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is also very rich, with many Jiangnan-style snacks. The living experience is very good, recommended!
