Review of New Line Apartments From the outside, New Line Apartments looks decent and the price is reasonable, but unfortunately the inside tells a different story. The rooms are old and dirty, with worn-out bedding, mold in the bathrooms, and visible dust. The lack of basic amenities was surprising — not even toilet paper or a pen was provided, with the excuse that “it’s not open yet” or “it’s too late.” The owner/manager, Vilhem, was very arrogant and unhelpful, which made the stay less pleasant. In contrast, our welcome from Deni was quite nice — polite and friendly — but sadly that warmth did not come from Vilhem. On the positive side, the outdoor pool area is lovely: clean, quiet, and relaxing. It’s a shame the inside and management experience didn’t match the quality of the pool.
