Hotel Sea Vista ★★★

"Before I begin my review of Sea Vista, I must state that it was a total disappointment. The hotel is located at the very top of Saint Vlas, about 400 meters from the sea. The property has no private beach; you have to go to a private beach and pay extra. The hotel does not provide beach access. The atmosphere feels like it’s stuck in the Bulgarian communist era. There is no architectural appeal ust a crude building with a peeling facade and old windows that let in all the outside noise. Since it functions more like a guesthouse, there is no central air conditioning. Each room has its own unit on the balcony, and you can imagine the noise they make. The rooms are old, and unfortunately, they try to hide the truth with cheap cosmetic touches. All the photos of the property are photoshopped; you’d be lucky if you could even see the sea over the rooftops. The prices are not economical and are far too high for this standard. To top it off, there is ongoing construction right above the hotel, meaning you wake up to the sound of drilling at 9 AM. Overall, a complete disaster."
