Hilton Garden Inn Harrisburg East

Staff was great.L. Only issue they were flushing the water around the town and we didn’t have water for a day. It was brown and we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. They offered bottled water but I mean with 4 of us that would’ve been like 20 bottles. If we knew about the water issue, we would’ve booked else where. We weren’t even told at check in had to read a sign that was posted. By then, cancelation was too late. Other than that. Hotel was fine. Food was fine. We went to Hershey park was a 20 mins drive.

Overall nice hotel. Pictures show that they have a hot tub, but it has long since been permanently covered. Location is decent, but not great.

The business services are quite good. The pool is clean and convenient. Breakfast is excellent and in good service.

The room with spacious, clean, easy to control the temperature. The water in the indoor pool was cold

Jets in tub didn’t work and there was no hot water. For either tub or shower. The room was really nice. Just would have been nice to have hot water.

Room was clean, was a noisy room sounded like something mechanical maybe, app told me was last single king room so I didn't bother trying to switch

This room was so nice. We had such a pleasant and peaceful time!! The lobby area sitting drinking coffee by the fireplace.

Staff went out of there way to ensure our needs were met. Parking was great, bed comfortable, shower pressure good. I will be back.
