I stayed here during a short trip to Malta and was impressed! The location is great - tucked in a quieter part of St Julian’s, yet just a short walk away from restaurants and malls. The rooms were clean and well-equipped! Staffs were super friendly and helpful.

Great location in Saint Julian’s area, new hotel, nice room with comfortable beds, however room needs more lights and the windows were blacked out for privacy as facing other apartments thus making it darker. Breakfast was standard and they catered for my gluten free needs also. Small but nice indoor pool, outdoor pool looked nice also. Friendly service.

Good value for money. Staff not genuine friendly. Especially at reception and breakfast. Only the Indian guy at night at reception was very helpful and friendly. The others, they do what is necessary and what is required but you see and feel it is not genuine. There is no electriciy socket in bathroom which is very weird, looked everywhere did not find it. Breakfast was good but limited.

Top hotel Ilenia is super star

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from various attractions. Several large supermarkets are within 200 meters. However, I struggled with the hotel's amenities, especially the foldable bathroom vanity, which flooded the entire room on my first day. However, the rooftop pool and view were fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent.

Service: Absolutely terrible. I checked in at 3 PM, and they casually mentioned the room wasn't ready yet. When I asked why, they said a guest had late check-out. I said it wasn't my fault and asked the hotel to arrange another room or at least tell me how much longer I'd have to wait. Guess what? The receptionist said she didn't know. And then they gave me a note saying they'd bring two cocktails and I should wait. I said I didn't need them, I needed a room to rest. This female receptionist then arrogantly and dismissively tore up the note right in front of me! This was absolutely provocative!

The room is clean and relatively new. The breakfast is varied. The location is in the downtown area, close to the famous Bay Street. The view from the top floor is great. The service is warm, considerate and polite. I will stay here again.

The room on this mini island is bigger than expected, and the facilities are relatively new. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is quite rich. It is quieter than the bar street and you can rest well. There are also Wenzhou supermarkets and local supermarkets not far away, which is very convenient.

The rooms are not small, all with balconies, and the hygiene is good. There is a sea view on the top floor, and the breakfast is fixed every day, which needs to be improved. Overall, the price-performance ratio is acceptable and worth recommending!

The room and bathroom are quite big, with a balcony, and are relatively new. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the roof, a gym and an indoor swimming pool in the basement. The breakfast on the 9th floor also has a good view. The only drawback is that our room is on a lower floor and we can't see much view.
