"It's quite close to the airport, and the shuttle staff were really nice, even helping with luggage. However, the smell from the room's renovation was just too strong; it was unbearable, I couldn't even sleep or breathe properly. We were just staying for a few hours during a layover with our child, so we had no choice but to tough it out. In the morning, we didn't even bother washing our faces and quickly left with the kid. I hope the owner can air out the rooms properly. Making money is important, but our health is too!"

GGuest UserThis is my second time visiting Nanjing for a hot spring experience, and I'm very satisfied with Banyan Tree this time. I was a bit anxious before coming, but it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located within the Garden Expo Park. The day before arrival, the hotel added me to a chat group. My friend arrived earlier and helped me check in. We were traveling with a child, and the room had kid-sized slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. The hotel breakfast was very rich and delicious. During the day, we took our child to explore That Natural, Pioneer Bookstore, and the Cliffside Cafe. In the evening, we went to the Vietnamese restaurant for pho. Since the park's shuttle bus had stopped running, the hotel specially arranged a car for us, which was excellent. My child forgot to print some homework and only remembered at night. I sent it to the butler in the chat group, and they helped print it and delivered it to us that night. The hotel's hot spring was also very quiet with few people, almost like having the place to ourselves. The hot spring in our room was also disinfected and filled with fresh water for each use, which was fantastic. I've already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserI came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert. The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!

GGuest UserInterContinental hotels are consistently excellent, and this one is no exception when it comes to staff service and facilities. The InterContinental Nanjing Greenland Center is the tallest building in Nanjing, offering incredibly expansive views from above. The panoramic platform on the 45th floor is absolutely stunning. Even though we visited during the busy May Day holiday, and the hotel was bustling, the staff never showed any signs of service slack. We even met a 'Smile Ambassador,' a truly warm and friendly auntie who genuinely smiled at every guest she encountered. 😊 I especially want to commend Kelly, the lovely young lady who checked me in at the front desk. The first thing she said when I approached was, 'I'm so sorry to keep you waiting. The guest before you had some mobility issues, so it took a little longer. Thank you for your understanding.' Since the hotel was fully booked the night before, there wasn't a room ready when we arrived. So, we completed the registration, left our luggage, and headed out. Kelly was incredibly thoughtful and made a note to assign us a high-floor room with a great view. It's the little things, done with care, that really make a difference! When we returned in the afternoon to get our room key, the room didn't disappoint. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the staff had already drawn the curtains to keep it cool. What's more, the hotel windows are designed so cleverly! You don't have to worry about anything falling from a high altitude when you open them. The safety measures here are top-notch, using perforated panels for protection. You can enjoy fresh air without any safety concerns! Thumbs up! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing. It's also super convenient, with a subway station right at the entrance and close to Xinjiekou! Highly, highly, highly recommended!

She even thoughtfully asked if I needed a wake-up call. Every time I passed the front desk during my stay, they would smile and ask if I needed any help. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it only took a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the terminal. Such service made me feel very warm and cared for.

The day before check-in, the hotel called to ask about our room preferences, and they accommodated what they could. We opted for the Executive Deluxe King Room, located on the 55th floor. The decor was exquisite, and the facilities were brand new. Welcome fruits were already laid out when we arrived, and the sofa by the window offered fantastic city views. The Executive Lounge on the 58th floor was spacious and grand, with expansive views of Xuanwu Lake, Jiming Temple, the ancient city wall, and Purple Mountain. We specifically booked an executive room for this lounge, which is renowned as one of the best executive lounges in China. It offers all-day dining with five meals: breakfast (6:30 AM - 10:30 AM), light lunch (11:30 AM - 1:30 PM), afternoon tea (2:30 PM - 4:30 PM), happy hour (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM), and late-night dessert and sweet wine (9:00 PM - 10:30 PM). It felt like we only had an hour to digest between meals – pure bliss! For breakfast, they had freshly prepared noodles and old duck vermicelli soup. Afternoon tea was served as a complete set, perfect for photos. Dinner menus changed daily, with two freshly prepared specialty dishes each night. I loved many of the options, especially their champagne – absolutely superb! Late-night desserts sometimes included snow pear with white fungus soup, which was delicious, or black sesame paste, or tangyuan with red beans. After eating so much, we'd take a boat ride on the Qinhuai River in the evening and return to the hotel around 9 PM, just in time to enjoy more food after digesting a bit. Among all the five-star executive rooms I've stayed in, this hotel's executive lounge had the widest variety of dishes and cocktails. We ate from morning till night and didn't even want to leave the hotel. When we returned to the room in the evening, the turndown service had already been completed. The staff who did the turndown service were incredibly thoughtful; they noticed we enjoyed the bananas from the welcome fruit platter and replenished them every night. Finally, the staff at The Ritz-Carlton were exceptionally warm and courteous. They would always greet us enthusiastically with ”Welcome back” whenever we met in the hallway, making us feel right at home. This is truly a hotel that makes you fall in love with it after just one night's stay.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise during my trip to Nanjing! It will definitely be my top choice whenever I bring my child to Nanjing again. The staff were incredibly friendly towards kids, and the king-size bed was large and comfortable. The room size was significantly better than another hotel I stayed at in the Zhongshan Scenic Area for a similar price! Plus, the mini-bar drinks were complimentary for one round. The hotel also offers a free kids' play area included in some packages, which my two-year-old daughter absolutely loved! We even received a lovely horse-themed gift, which my daughter adored. The complimentary golf driving range experience was also a lot of fun for the whole family, and my daughter got to try it out for the first time! The coach was very friendly. During our Chinese New Year holiday stay, there was an amazing 'Dahualiu' (fireworks show) in the evening, and various handicraft activities available. I also noticed the swimming pool and gym looked pretty good; I hope to try them out next time. We had an early train on our second day, and after informing the restaurant, they kindly packed breakfast for us in advance. The service was excellent! And if you happen to miss the hotel restaurant's meal times, ordering takeout from nearby places is also very convenient, haha. All in all, my little one and I absolutely loved this hotel. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI was incredibly lucky to participate in the nature park and hotel's study tour during this stay, and it was a wonderful surprise! After the event, we even received a mysterious gift back at the hotel, and the adorable raccoons even offered a wake-up service. My child kept looking forward to the raccoons visiting the next morning. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with excellent soundproofing. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to take you wherever you need to go. The breakfast selection was very rich, and while the taste was decent, nothing spectacular, it really captured the kids' interest, and they were very happy. However, there's room for improvement regarding the cleanliness of the tableware. The staff I encountered at the hotel were all friendly and greeted us warmly. For families traveling with children, it would be great if bed rails were provided (though I didn't actively ask). My child is still talking about the raccoons. We'll definitely be back to experience the hot springs in the future, and I hope they'll have similar activities again!

Check-in with the front desk staff was very smooth, and we got our rooms quickly. It was truly a fantastic experience for a holiday trip. Our room was on a higher floor with a great view. The surrounding area is vibrant, with the popular Yihelu street nearby, which is bustling with people and offers great photo opportunities. Plus, there's a subway station close by, making it super convenient to get to attractions. The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is good too. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
