The hotel staff were all very friendly and their attitude was top-notch! The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. Both Chinese and foreign guests can enjoy various delicacies here, and many authentic dishes are popular among both domestic and international guests. There is also a gym and free laundry service! The transportation is extremely convenient! It's less than 500 meters from the ”Yongningmen” station of Line 2. Moreover, the hotel arranged a car to directly take us to the airport, which was so convenient! I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel! Both the hardware facilities and software services are first-class. The room was decorated with great style and all the equipment was in good working order. The hotel staff were all professional and friendly, making my stay here a wonderful experience. I give it a five-star rating without hesitation! It's convenient if you in the 3rd termianl or nearby. And a little difficult to get from the Terminal 5 at night. The entrance from the airport itself is closed from 1 am. So you need to call the hotel by phone to get inside. The pool is not working on mondays and tuesdays. The gym is fine, but the shower was closed and staff refused to open the shower for me. The breakfast have variety good for the 4-star hotel or less. The food is okay, nothing to praise, though. The room is nice, a little bit old. The beds are comfy. Overall - a good price/quality stay for one night in the airport.

Eating: There is a large shopping mall called Yitian Holiday near the Chaoyangmen subway entrance of the hotel. The Chang'an food stall in the mall is a very famous snack in Xi'an. The environment and taste are super good. In-room facilities: The 2.2-meter big bed is really friendly to families with children. The store also specially added a quilt. Service: The service is very good and enthusiastic. Big praise! Sanitation: Because it was newly renovated in 2023, the hygiene is also super good. Suggestions: 1. The bell tower and drum tower not far away stand tall, with exquisite architecture, and the sound of bells and drums seems to be telling the prosperity of the past. Visit the Shuyuan Gate again, the quaint streets are full of study treasures, calligraphy and painting works, and the cultural atmosphere is strong. And Huimin Street is a sea of ​​food, with all kinds of special snacks full of fragrance, making people unable to stop eating. The room is so high tech in which you can just ask XiaoDu to switch on and off everything in the room and even adjust the temperature of the air conditioner! The location of this hotel is very strategic, just a few meters away from Shaanxi Historical Museum and Dayan Pagoda, and near to Metro line 2 and line 4. The laundry service is free of charge which make it so convenient to us as the weather in XiAn is extremely hot! Besides, the hotel is also collaborating with tourism company and there is always a tourist guide on duty in the lobby. The packages she offers are reasonable and she will always guide you on where the locals will normally have their meals. Overall, this hotel is great! Definitely will be my first choice if I happen to visit XiAn in future!

The hotel has a good environment and is convenient to Dayan Pagoda by subway. Nancy Xiaochen, the front desk receptionist, is warm and thoughtful. The housekeeper cleans promptly and efficiently. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel during this trip. The beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. There is a self-service laundry room next to the room, which is very convenient for washing and drying. Generally, laundry in hotels of the same level is very expensive. Such free facilities are very suitable for long-term travelers.

We had a detour at Xi'an and stayed for only 15 hours. This hotel was excellent in all measures for us and we only wished that we had stayed longer. Their location, service and overall ambiance we absolutely amazing. It gave a very nice techno vibe anywhere inside, be it lobby, elevators, corridors and room. The room was also equipped with smart assistant that was fun to explore. My kids loved the color combination of black and red everywhere. We couldn't use the gym and pool though they looked really nice. The only thing where I was annoyed was the entrance as my taxi dropped us outside since he didn't (try to) take the car inside, so I had to carry all my luggage from the road all the way to the room. But during my check out, the staff helped talk to the taxi driver and he came inside near the entrance gate.
