"The hotel staff are very friendly. From Siyue, I have to climb a road to the entrance of the hotel. The scenery on the top of the mountain is good. The room is large but not soundproof. GGuest UserThe service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing find. Right inside the park, run by a lovely hostess who helped arrange our arrival from the train station, a great tour of the park, and helped with any questions we had. The room was super clean, very comfortable, with modern touches like a projector screen and fully automated blinds and curtains. The highlight, though, were the delicious and varied meals. So many mushroom and bamboo dishes available. Excellent breakfast each morning with farm fresh eggs, steam cakes and noodles. I would highly highly recommend a stay here.

XXiaoben619Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. If you can endure solitude and want to connect with nature, then this place is truly a great choice.

Crucially, many details were well-done. Disposable face towels and toilet seat covers were provided, which was convenient! I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but overall it's great value for money.

GGuest UserSuper satisfied stay experience! It takes 10 minutes to drive from Lizhuang. The room is spacious and tidy, clean and bright, and the sanitary details are particularly in place. The environment is particularly beautiful, the air is fresh in the morning, and the birds and flowers are everywhere. The boss is warm and easy-going, and the breakfast made by himself is delicious. Is a very healing, suitable for relaxation, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis store as a whole amazed me! Five-star praise, the boss runs it with heart. Let me talk about my stay experience. First of all, why did I choose this store: 1. To facilitate the beautiful sea of clouds the next morning 2. The online reviews are relatively good 3. The stay experience is very good. This is not the kind of unmanned homestay in the city. Every service staff in the store is very friendly and introduces tourist routes. Very enthusiastic! And before April 30, you can enter the scenic spot for free with the Nezha 2 movie ticket. It's great! In general, it's good! ! !

GGuest UserService: I really have to complain about this. Don't listen to that auntie downstairs. I suggest booking on-site because they're different from others; once you book, it's non-refundable if you don't stay (it says free refunds within a few minutes, no refunds after that, and we only found this out later). The staff initially said it was refundable because of a location issue, but even after we went downstairs, it was still non-refundable. We contacted Ctrip multiple times, and they said the hotel owner told us to contact them. The owner then said the gist was no refund unless we stayed. The person who contacted us downstairs even suggested we eat at their restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay. Especially the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Environment: The 199 package only covers the first floor, which has a lot of mosquitoes. I don't recommend using the 199 booking; the mosquitoes are plentiful and the environment is bad. I also suggest rooms on the 4th or 5th floors with enclosed windows. Rooms without enclosed windows also have a lot of mosquitoes. The 4th and 5th floors are a bit more expensive. I don't recommend the private hot spring rooms; the tub there wasn't clean, with a lot of limescale. Cleanliness: I didn't check the other cleanliness details when I went, but the private hot spring in the room was subpar. It was a bit disappointing. We originally went there for this, but later we didn't want it anymore. Facilities: There's free parking, but you might need to be a little careful because the slope is quite steep. Pay attention to your driving style and turning angles when going up and down the slope to avoid scraping the undercarriage. I scraped mine, and several metal bolts on the undercarriage were scraped off. One of those bolts damaged my oil pan, causing a slight oil leak. I won't comment on the other aspects since I didn't experience them. Please only book if you're sure you'll be staying. If you're unsure, I suggest not booking. No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! Be cautious when booking offline. Be cautious when ordering.

It's a bit chilly this time of year, but the hotel's air conditioning worked very well, and the room warmed up quickly. The shower water temperature was just right, without any uneven temperatures. The room service was very attentive; they promptly addressed any issues and provided reasonable solutions, offering customized services to meet guests' needs. (For example, when I mentioned wanting sweet potatoes, the hotel receptionist thoughtfully reserved some for me from the buffet breakfast.)

GGuest UserThe Little Pony Homestay is in a good location, close to the Forget-your-worries Valley. The room is spacious, clean, and has a nice view on giant farns and bamboo. We stayed there with two kids. The hotel's staff is very nice and helpful. One lady speaks very good English. Besides, she is also a good Majiang teacher. Good food as well!
