Super He
This hotel has a 'light luxury' vibe, it's quite spacious and offers pretty good value for money. I've stayed here several times now. There are plenty of fast food and Chinese restaurants nearby, so food and accommodation are never an issue. Taxis are also readily available.

YsblI booked my mom here and she said:
🌴 A Hidden Paradise in the Heart of the City! 🌴
Staying at this hotel felt like discovering a secret oasis amidst the city’s busy streets. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth, genuine smiles, and an atmosphere that immediately melted away the stress of urban life.
The ambiance is truly a paradise in the middle of the city — lush greenery, tranquil water features, and beautifully designed spaces that make you forget you’re in QC. My room was immaculate, elegantly furnished, and offered a stunning view that perfectly balanced comfort and luxury. Kudos for the 100% feather comforter 💚
The staff went above and beyond in every interaction — attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a friendly attitude that made my stay feel personal and special. Thank you for Christian for a warm welcome, for Sharline at the rooftop, for Clarence took time to direct me where I can buy food at 3:00 am and Kuya Gudoy for taking time to wait for me to open the door and for DJ having smooth checkout and even sending me to my ride. Also to all the people that I encounter specially to the guard at B1, thank you so much!!!
Whether you're here for relaxation, business, or a romantic getaway, this hotel provides everything you need — serenity, style, and first-class service. It’s truly a slice of paradise that refreshes your soul while keeping you close to the city’s energy.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEDED - a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and hospitality!

Andro ChavezDuring my recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA for a concert at the SkyDome, I also booked an additional room for my sister and a friend, who stayed for one night for the same purpose. The hotel’s location was ideal for all of us, especially since we were attending the same event.
Their check-in experience was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional front desk staff who handled the process well despite the weekend crowd.
The room they stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities such as toiletries, coffee and tea, a hair dryer, and reliable air-conditioning were all provided and met expectations. The water dispensers located near the lifts on every floor were also appreciated for their convenience.
Breakfast the next morning was decent, with a selection that leaned toward Filipino dishes, which they enjoyed. It was a satisfying start to the day before checking out.
Overall, their one-night stay was pleasant and comfortable, and it complemented my own experience at the hotel very well. Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA is a solid choice for guests attending concerts or events in the area.

AyshanyouyouguangguangThis isn't my first time staying here. Some of the reception staff are very gracious, but their way of handling problems can be quite arrogant. If there's noise, they just send security to deal with it, nothing else.
**Environment:** This business trip, I unfortunately had a room next to another that was preparing for a wedding, and it was incredibly noisy. My room was also a corner unit, meaning there was a connecting door to another room. Even though it was locked, there was absolutely no soundproofing.
**Service:** The hotel service was terrible. Even though I asked to change rooms the day after the first night, they refused. I tolerated it until the day I was leaving, when I finally couldn't take it anymore and complained to the hotel. By then, I didn't even expect a room change anymore; what was the point of offering it then?
My biggest relief was booking through Trip.com, which provided some mediation to protect my rights as a customer. This kind of older 3-4 star hotel naturally doesn't care about a guest like me, staying for only 3-4 days, especially since it's already one of the relatively better hotels in Quezon City.
The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. When I checked out, they gave me a small cake to appease me, very classy.

Pogi ToshiWhile the exterior wasn't particularly impressive, the interior was clean and comfortable. My room had no view, facing the wall of the adjacent building. The air conditioning was a quiet split-type unit. The breakfast, though limited in variety, was delicious. Usually, it's a buffet, but on one day, there were no dishes laid out, and staff brought a single plate to each guest. I assume this was done because there weren't many guests. The pool was tiny, more like an outdoor bath at a public bathhouse – definitely not suitable for adults to swim in; it's more of an afterthought. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a clean hotel with good value for money.

MisisCWe absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service.
We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues.
Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong.
The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued.
We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place.
Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel.
When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have.
It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Guest UserThe best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around.
However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations.
It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Tracing the TraceysThe room was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The location is away from most of the busy area so we really rested well after a long trip with typhoon tailing us…there’s a 7-11 nearby and other restaurants about 20 minutes away. Quite far really. Their breakfast is plated with very limited options . For the price you pay here, you’re already getting buffet in other hotels. Not complaining, just stating facts from experience.
As the pictures show, they have hotel slippers that were way too small for my husband 😅. The lobby area is quite spacious while waiting for us to get checked in. They were so considerate and allowed us to check in early.

J.G.P.A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep.
Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys.
Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.
