Nha Trang Hotels with Pools

The room was quite spacious. We booked a sea-view room, and you could see the ocean directly from the window, but as soon as I opened the curtains, a huge signal tower was right in front, which was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water temperature was just right with stable water pressure. Flip-flops were provided, and most of the disposable toiletries were well-stocked. The duvet wasn't very thick, but the pillows were quite comfortable. The bedsheets had some stains, like coffee or blue ink that wouldn't wash out, but it didn't bother me too much. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and also 5 to 10 minutes from the pedestrian street, so the area is very lively. Upon check-in, we were given two refreshing blue pandan drinks, which was a nice touch. On the second day of our stay, my friend wasn't feeling well due to a fever. I went to the front desk to ask if they had anything for fever or a thermometer, and they responded immediately, which I thought was excellent.

One of the best hotels in Nha Trang. The service is top-notch; they're always in touch with you on WhatsApp in your language, which is super convenient. If anything isn't right, they go out of their way to please you, and there are lots of nice perks upon check-in. And the massage here is just 🔥! 1700 for a full body 60-minute massage – I highly recommend it. We got a free one when we first arrived, but then we booked another session. The grounds are beautiful, and the sea is also lovely. There's no beach access, but there's a reef, and the pools are 🔥. Everything was great, right from the moment they opened the car door when we arrived. I highly recommend it! 🌟

This hotel is right in the heart of Nha Trang, with a view of the Lotus Tower from the window. We stayed in a sea-view suite with a balcony. The suite itself is very spacious and has two bathrooms, which was really convenient. However, the hotel is quite old, and the room is starting to look a bit tired. The curtains were stained, and the plumbing was showing its age. It’s fine for a couple of days, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

The rooms are old and the entrance is a staircase, so there's no way to drag luggage. I arrived at 12:00, and the staff informed me that check-in was at 15:00. I left my bags and returned at 14:30, only to see others being checked into their rooms. The staff then told me to wait another 15 minutes. The front desk staff's eye contact and overall service attitude were definitely lacking. During check-in, they asked for a 200k deposit. I mentioned that typically, bookings through OTAs don't require a deposit, and I'd even stayed at a Mercure without being asked for one. I understand that policies vary, but what was absolutely unacceptable was when that specific front desk staff member started muttering in Vietnamese to her colleagues, essentially implying that I was rude, and everyone's gaze felt like they were looking down on a customer. This really needs improvement – it's a service industry after all. Breakfast was okay. However, the lobby restroom was dirty and only had one stall. I ended up using the accessible restroom because the floor was wet and slippery, and the toilet bowl was dirty. When I came out, a cleaning staff member scolded me. For a hotel of this size, having only one lobby restroom, and needing to use the accessible one for a 'heavy' need, is problematic. They seriously need intensive training in service mind and hospitality.

It's great how much attention guests receive, starting from boarding the cable car/speed boat, to checking out and being escorted by buggy to the boarding points back to the mainland. By the way, the buggies here are exclusive to Marriott guests, marked with the Marriott abbreviation. The resort grounds are vast; we couldn't explore everything at a relaxed pace in just one day. We absolutely loved the villa, both its design and amenities, and the pool behind it. Upon arrival, it's a good idea to study the map immediately; it's useful for navigation and for telling the front desk where you'd like to go. For instance, we went to the Windy restaurant, which is on the opposite side of the resort from our villa, for breakfast. The breakfast was splendid. We've never experienced such delicious variety at a buffet breakfast before. There are plenty of pools across the property in various locations. The sea is good for swimming, and the staff diligently ensures guests don't swim beyond the hotel's designated area. You can take a trip from the hotel to Harbor Embankment to walk around and then return. The amusement park requires a separate entrance fee.

We stayed at this hotel from June 15th to 21st. We booked a room with a pool view, and according to the photos, it should have had a panoramic window. However, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of a very close, abandoned building. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. The hotel staff did not respond to our complaints about the discrepancy, stating there were no other rooms available. The room itself was very small, barely enough space for two, but it was clean. They cleaned daily and replenished water, coffee, and toiletries every day. We didn't see any insects during our week-long stay. The towels and bedding were neat and clean. We picked up fresh beach towels every day at the reception. The fridge cooled well, and the air conditioning worked without issues. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, with many cafes and shops nearby, and the sea is just a 7-minute walk away. There's also a pool on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was okay, as we didn't spend much time in the room.

Just stayed for four nights and had an enjoyable stay. Whilst the hotel is a very busy spot I had no issues with noise in the room and slept well on a very comfortable bed, room size good with plenty of hot water. The breakfast area is busy with reasonable choices and I found enough to last me until the afternoon. Pool area nice and a basic gym, overall a good choice for the price. The Four Seasons shop next door is very handy with good quality products.

Before making the reservation, I visited the hotel and was shown a room on a higher floor — it looked nice and was a bit larger. Then I went back to the reception, where they told me I could take a room with a city view. I made the booking, but when I received the room, it wasn’t the same one I had seen before. When I asked at the reception, they said the one I saw earlier was more expensive. It doesn’t matter much now, but if you plan to book here, I recommend asking clearly in advance and making sure you get the room you actually reserved.Check-in was done one hour earlier, which I appreciate. The view from the room was good, and the room itself was fairly spacious. The cleaning was done but somewhat superficial at first; however, after I talked to the reception in the following days, they came and cleaned it properly.

I was very disappointed at this place, It's a mass place for so many clients. The reception is always full a long waiting time, The lifts are slow, and when they arrive they are full of clients. The WiFi was not working for a laptop and no help. The top panorama pool that makes most client choose this place is not free.You have to pay 300'000 VND to use it. The pool that is free is on the 6th floor completely in the shade!

The only positives were probably that they let us leave our luggage a day before check-in and the hotel's location. I thought a 5-star hotel would be at least decent, but I was wrong. The worst part was the old mattress, which sank so badly that my back hurt the next morning, even though I asked for a replacement. The breakfasts were terrible; the only food we could eat was eggs. Three- and four-star hotels had everything.
