It was an enjoyable stay at this hotel even though I wasn't really in the room that much! I thought the food was tasty and good value for money the only issues I had and they were minor ones is there was no plug in the bathroom sink and no bags in the room in the bins for rubbish

Lovely stay on 1st floor, lovely modern rooms, comfy bed, great TV and such a lovely bathroom, great shower and most amazing stay we have ever had here air-conditioning works a treat too :)

Few issues, like screws missing out of the light fittings, light not working properly, light bulbs not working in the bathroom and no bath plug.

Room and toilet was clean however the exhaust in toiler didnt work. Parking is very small.

Hotel was clean as always , staff friendly and overall very clean . The breakfast was brilliant and staff work very hard ! Room was clean and spacious and have no faults with that . Only one working life was a bit frustration as during busy hours their would be really really long waits for the lift . Other than that no faults atall and will be staying again in the future

staff were so friendly, the manager lady was amazing and so helpful when we had lost our toothbrushes and our keycard wouldn’t work, the whole process was so quick and they were so friendly, jamacia was very polite and checking us in and out and was really helpful when we wanted a later check in, really cheap aswell for the night and the bedroom and bathroom were really clean, will definitely be returning!

Good location, restaurants around. Room clean and new. Service good and breakfast included. But our room’s drain was clogged unfortunately. If you drive you need to keep parking in hotel’s car park 24hrs no move because when you move out you will lost your space even you paid for 24hrs.

The Holiday Inn Express in Swindon was a lovely surprise! It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent. Every member of staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The absolute bonus was the very reasonable price. There is not one negative for me!

Good for solo traveller Needs to recognise I've the third week in September as international single person week

We booked for my family of three. The cleanliness and comfortability is above expectation and Highly recommend. And If I visit back most possibly book the hotel. However even we booked for three guests there were only two cups for use. They might provide me one more if I asked. But it would be better if that arranged before check in. And the cofee, milk,etc were not filled up after previous use i think. Even after we requests the reception asked us to collect from reception. As We checked in late so I decided not to go back. And another thing they given me only one key card for the room and if I go down I have to take card with me due to lift working only after card scanned and for that time my family have to stay without electricity. So it is even better if they can arrange two cards per room. Bathroom cubical had no door means always when bath the water will flows to other area and that area does not have draining point. So I had to use two towels to the bathroom. However I had nice stay. Thank you.for the team Holiday Express and Trip.com

Location is good, close to railway station. But hotel doesn’t provide bottled water, and the structure of the room is weird.

The rooms were not provided as promised. It was mentioned king size bed with sofa bed. Even after requesting they did not seem to provide the room with king bed
