Hotel has good facilities, good beds and a great and varied breakfast - there is also something for allergy sufferers. There is now also water in the room. The only small drawback is that the water pressure in the bathroom could be improved and the air conditioning cannot be regulated individually.

The location is good. Hotel rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs are very mushy and almost raw. Otherwise, there is a good selection. Staff at the reception are not friendly. They only speak English.

Service has been nice and polite. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good as well. But what irritated me, was the fact that nobody from the staff has worn a mask properly or no mask at all. Due to Covid it is mandated to were a mask and it is Hilton policy to were mask in the hotel. With this in mind the staff must lead by example.

Great hotel, walking distance to the beach and promenades. Great shops and restaurants around. Hotel offers great breakfasts. Great place for couples or families with children. Strongly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days with a tour group. It was very clean and the service was good. We found the very small rooms, which didn't even have a decent wardrobe, to be a disadvantage. In addition, the French bed was definitely too small for two people at 1.40 m. There were also problems with the food at the beginning, as the buffet was not replenished enough and it only improved after the tour guide intervened. The service was very friendly and helpful, but there were problems with communication, as almost all of the staff didn't understand German or English.

I travel quite a lot, and I know that tourists from Germany are the basis of tourism. But I didn't expect such treatment at the reception (after I said "good morning"). A lady with her mouth full of food started serving us. At every step, showing who was in charge... After us, there were tourists from Germany, completely different service from the lady at the reception... a drama... As for the hotel. The room was small and very worn out. The bed is falling apart, squeaking, the carpet is dirty, the cabin is not clean (fungus near the soap box and in the joint). The TV is small and old. Breakfast tasty and fresh. On the same day I was at Hilton by Hampton in Krakow, two different worlds for the same price.
