Everything in perfect order. The Spa on the 14th floor is amazing, especially at sunset in the jacuzzi. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, the mattresses are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good There were some shortcomings, but these are trivial things, such as after checking out we received an exit card from the underground car park and the card did not operate the door between the hotel and the underground car park. We had to wait for someone to leave the car park and go to the hotel. We did not feel like going back to the reception and explaining the matter. We waited literally a minute and someone was leaving the car park and going to the hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the location is very good, this is our 3rd stay there. Room, view, breakfast,... everything is really great. The only improvement I would like to see: At the breakfast buffet you can have very tasty scrambled eggs/omelettes prepared. If you're in a hurry, you can get ready-made scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the quality here is not freshly prepared. It tastes like "packaged scrambled eggs" which is a shame. There is a huge water park for families (access via the basement) and a rooftop pool with a sauna and whirlpool. Especially since there is a large water park for families, access to the wellness area/rooftop pool for over-16s would be desirable.

Hotel and spa absolutely wonderful - not much negative to say. But the staff is very "polish" and cold and unfriendly. This is a 5*-standing hotel and they should train their staff to have that friendliness and service worth of a 5*z
