Great location, just about a ten-minute walk to the pier. The room is fully equipped and luxuriously decorated. The hotel isn't far from the main attractions, a taxi ride is usually around ten to fifteen minutes.

The room was absolutely terrible. Rooms are on floors 10-29, and I was assigned a room on the 10th floor. The view from the window was like this (implied bad view), noisy and with no scenery whatsoever. They call it a 'city view room,' but it should really be called a 'highway view room.' The breakfast restaurant was even closer to the elevated highway, which was very disappointing. The facilities are good, and the service is also good. The location is decent; it's only a 400-meter walk to the wildlife park, aquarium, and Madame Tussauds. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The location is super convenient, and the room facilities are complete and well-maintained. The cleanliness and service were also great. While it didn't quite meet my expectations for a 'W' hotel, it's still an excellent choice among Sydney hotels.

An incredibly satisfying trip! What might appear ordinary at first glance reveals exceptional service in every detail. All the facilities are brand new, and the location is incredibly convenient. There's a large playground right downstairs, and a plethora of dining options. The Maritime Museum and Aquarium are just 500 meters away, making boat trips easy and enjoyable. I booked a two-bedroom suite with a living room and an extra bed, which was perfect for our family of five. It came with a microwave, cutlery, pots, and a washing machine. Towels were changed daily, and housekeeping was impeccable. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Just a heads-up: the 'W' pool on the top floor is actually outdoors and only open until 5 PM, so it might not be ideal if the weather is cool. For kids, it's probably better to use the indoor pool on the 22nd floor.

This hotel is really trendy and super convenient. It's right opposite Darling Harbour, and you can walk to the main street in just five minutes, so everything you need – food, shopping, etc. – is right there. The interior design is very modern, and the rooms are well-equipped and very clean. The views from the room are also beautiful. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic; even with the more relaxed Australian pace, they're clearly working hard. We were there during the Chinese New Year holiday, so the hotel was packed. We opted to sit in the lounge, which was incredibly peaceful and serene, perfect for just chilling out.

The hotel is really close to Chinatown, so we were out and about so much that I forgot to take photos inside. Like most W hotels, it's vibrantly colored and stylish. The location is excellent, and check-in was super fast; we didn't even have to wait until 3 PM. They also gave lollipops to the kids. Downstairs, there's a huge plaza with a massive play area for children, perfect for them to burn off some energy. Overall, it was a great stay.
