Location is fantastic, walking distance to Darling Harbour (aquarium, maritime museum, whale watching etc), QVB, Paddy’s market, etc. Room is clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Staying in W hotel was one of the thing that I always wanted to do when I was working around the Darling Harbour area. Everything about the location was great, especially during the night where the vivid event was on. Walking to the new Sydney fish market take only 20 minutes or so. Walking to QV market takes about 15 minutes, and seafood in Sydney is much better than Melbourne. Some great restaurants along the esplanade, and the cost of meal is actually very reasonable, and you would expect to pay as much in Thailand Bangkok. The view from the hotel room into the harbour is breathtaking 24 hours. I would wanted to just sit in the room and look at the view from my office desk in the hotel room. However, the service was subpar. Long wait for check in and people in the hotel front desk are not friendly at all. I have had better service at LV boutique and Rolex stores.

We were there for a mini break over the weekend. It is extremely central and we were able to walk everywhere, QVB, Opera House, the Rocks, China Town etc etc. It is in the heart of Darling Harbour with a lovely atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well appointed. Love the bathroom and the city views! We look forward to our next stay here when we go to Sydney. Definitely recommend!

My overall experience at W Hotel Sydney was very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. The room design is stylish and modern, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, allowing me to rest very well during my stay. The hotel's public facilities are very well-maintained. Whether it's the pool, gym, or public areas, everything feels high-quality. The staff also provides excellent service; they are warm, professional, and promptly assist with any issues, making the entire check-in process very smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Both the hardware facilities and the service level met my expectations. I will consider choosing W Hotel again next time I visit Sydney and will also recommend it to my friends.

The concierge staff misplaced our luggage and only got it back after few hours of waiting. Otherwise the overall stay is satisfactory.

Nice view that you can enjoy darling harbour. Near to all the restaurants and convenience at Central Area.

The environment is great, and it's very convenient for sightseeing. You can see the sea as soon as you step out.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at W Sydney. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we were fortunate to be assigned a room on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Darling Harbour. One thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in very handy as the weather was rainy during our first two days in Sydney. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and stunning harbour views made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Sydney.

We booked W sydney months in advance with breakfast included and is worth it . Food choices are plenty during breakfast and can order different eggs style and cooking preparation during breakfast and can order different hot or cooled selection of drinks as well. Hotel is clean and location is near china town ,paddys market , and harbour easily accessible to townhall in a walkable distance of 7-10 mins away. There is a fireworks show on saturday night that lasted 5-7minutes.. There are lots of restaurants around the area and ice cream shops as well . There is even a park at the back of the hotel and a playground for kids. I highly recommend this hotel. There is 2 pool in the hotel at 22nd floor and 29th floor .  The hotel is beside  Imax cinema .

Located at a beautiful and bustling location at Darling Harbour. Fairly spacious room with a great rooftop pool. It was quite crowded during our stay though.

The experience is great. It’s all walking distance to good coffee place and restaurants
