Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney Reviews

Location is good. Staff is helpful. However, the bathtub wasn’t like being cleaned. Also, while I appreciated the environmental friendly attitude of the hotel, it’s very inconvenient for the traveller when there is no toothbrush. And the slippers provided is flip flop, I would prefer slippers.

Unfortunately, this was a quick overnight trip for us, however, the hotel and location is superb and we will definitely return for longer next time!

Perfect location, value for money. Many convenient stores and restaurants nearby so you don't have to worry about what to eat even if you arrive late at night.

Location is King, it’s within walking distance to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Pitt Street Mall, QVB. Walking distance to bus stops, light rail stop and subway., so you can literally spidering out anywhere in Sydney. The room I already check in was a standard room which I reserved, it’s a very nice room, however, the TV was not working and took the engineer over 20 minutes still not able to fix it. Per my request in changing to another room (which I expected to be another standard room), gratefully they offered me a better room on the top floor with a side view of Sydney bridge on the balcony Most hotels will encourage its guests to leave towels on the rack for environmental reason. Yet they always changed it anyway. And the Radisson Blu Plaza is the one hotel whose house keeping do really leave your towel on the rack. Well done. Knowledge on tourist attraction varies from one concierge from another. Really see if you are lucky that day. But overall I highly recommend this hotel in terms of service , location, comfort and hospitality I planned to have a dip in the hotel pool before heading to airport. Yet it’s not possible with a number of kids playing balls and making big splash dive into the pool, making other people using the pool not possible. Security guards were there twice to stop that, yet the moment they left, activities resumed. Hope the parents can be more considerate as it’s not a big pool

It is a good place to stay for the weekend. Highly recommend it!

All staff are willing to assist

Outstanding venue, friendly staff and great amenities. Would definitely have prolonged my stay here if I’d have known it would be this good. Staff upgraded me upon arrival to a larger room with a balcony and allowed a slightly later checkout of 1pm to accommodate my work calls from the room. Wifi was great, very clean room & would definitely stay here again.

What a relieve when I checked into the Radisson Blu Plaza Sydney! Had a total rip-off by the Sydney Harbour Marriott two blocks away. Marriott is 3-star pretending to be a 5-star. Radisson is a 5-star presenting like a 5-star. Radisson is miles ahead in every aspects compared to the Marriott, Room amenities are so much better, newer and modern, and breakfast is way better too! Bathroom with a tub is a joy compared to the Marriott that don’t even have a door separating the shower.

This was a 5 star hotel when built many years ago. Now it is a very well appointed hotel which has great sized rooms, an amazing bed and a average bathroom in which there is no attention to detail. The lroom was very quiet and comfortable. The pool facilities were noisy and outdated with too many kids running around.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Couldn't fault this place

The location is very good, it is very convenient for shopping or walking to Circular Quay. The service is very enthusiastic and they will help with the luggage. In addition, if there is a vacancy, you can check in early! ! ! We checked in early at that time. The international flight flew overnight and checked in directly to catch up on sleep. The worry about the overseas card deposit not being refunded for a long time is unnecessary. Check-in only pre-authorized 1 yuan ~ Overall five-star praise

The hotel has a beautiful appearance. The rooms are large and renovated. It is very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast is a bit monotonous. It costs 45 Australian dollars to buy breakfast on site. It is recommended to buy breakfast first when booking a room.
