The location is super convenient, with easy access to transport and attractions nearby. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it offers yogurt, fresh milk, fresh salad, and toast, all of which are very fresh and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and amenities were replenished daily. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in Sydney!

This hotel was fantastic! I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate my request for a room with an openable window, and they even upgraded me to ensure a better experience. I'm especially grateful because my English isn't great, and while the front desk staff couldn't speak Chinese, they took the time to read my translations and made a real effort to communicate with me. Their patience was truly commendable. As a solo female traveler, I admit I was a bit nervous, but from the moment I entered the lobby, I felt a sense of cleanliness and warmth. What made me feel most secure was that after 9 or 11 PM (I can't quite remember), the main entrance downstairs required a room key card for access, and you also needed your key card to access the floor. This provided a great sense of safety. The room itself was excellent – clean, with new facilities, and very well decorated. The only minor drawback was that the window glass seemed a bit thin, allowing some street noise, but overall, I was very satisfied. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. Since dining options are a bit spread out in Sydney, it was incredibly convenient and satisfying to enjoy a hearty breakfast on the first floor of the hotel before starting my day of sightseeing. The overall security was great, and it was excellent value for money. Plus, it's very close to nearby attractions; whether by subway or on foot, you can easily experience the beauty of Sydney.

The staff was super friendly during our stay and assisted us when in doubt. The hotel is located a 3-minute walk away from a metro, which is convenient. In addition, the hotel has a self-check-in kiosk, which is super easy to use and convenient for check-in.

I booked Song Hotel for a one-night stay in Sydney CBD for under $200, so I didn't have high expectations. However, including the breakfast service, it turned out to be an incredibly highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely revisit next time I am in the city. 1. What I Liked (Pros)  Clean Room & Great Amenities: Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the ducted air conditioning/heating worked perfectly, and the fridge performance was excellent.  Smart IT Features: I highly appreciated having a dedicated private Wi-Fi network for each room. Also, the TV connected seamlessly with Apple AirPlay mirroring, which was very convenient.  Plumber's Perspective on the Bathroom: Being a licensed plumber myself, I always pay extra attention to bathrooms. The vanity was wide and great for washing up, and even though my room was on the 8th floor, both the water pressure and water quality were absolutely fantastic.  Decent Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast the next morning was quite good and satisfying. 2. What Could Be Improved (Cons)  Shower Sealing Issue: The silicone sealing in the shower area wasn't done properly, causing a significant amount of water to leak out onto the bathroom floor during a shower, which was a bit disappointing.  Poor Soundproofing: The room soundproofing was a bit weak. I could clearly hear children and other guests talking out in the hallway late at night, which made it a little difficult to fall asleep. 3. Summary & Overall Rating Despite the minor sealing and noise issues, this hotel offers incredible value for money considering the price, prime CBD location, and included breakfast. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Great location, right next to the Australian Museum and just over 2km walk to the Sydney Opera House. The breakfast was pretty good, but a few more options would have been even better.

The location is excellent, very close to Hyde Park and right next to a tube station, making it super convenient to get around. The service was fantastic and very welcoming. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, and the breakfast was also very good.

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station. It's a short walk to Chinatown and Town Hall, which is right in the city center. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and Hyde Park is right across the street. The breakfast was plentiful. The room had a small balcony where you could sit, and outside the window was a small garden. The only slight drawbacks were the small room and bathroom. However, considering the price, it offered good value for money. Plus, the toiletries provided were high-quality and plant-based. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend.

This hotel is right in the city center, making it easy to get to any location: you can walk to the Opera House and the bridge, or take a bus to Bondi. The metro is just a 2-minute walk away. The breakfast was good and didn't get boring over our 3-day stay. The room was quite small, though, and the bed kept rolling away on its own, which was a bit annoying! There's a washing machine and dryer on the floor, so for $12 you can wash and dry your clothes, which is very convenient. The view from the balcony was pretty decent, and having a balcony in general is a big plus.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom was tiny too. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hyde Park, and not far from the Sydney Opera House and other attractions. Overall, transportation is convenient.
