This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Sydney, making it incredibly convenient to get around. You're just steps away from light rail, train, and bus stops. Plus, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and brand-name stores nearby, so dining and shopping are a breeze. The hotel has a charming, retro vibe with a prominent clock tower. During breakfast, you can even look up and see the clock tower through the glass ceiling – a lovely touch! What I loved most was how spacious and bright the room was. Although it's simple, the design is very thoughtful and practical. The bathroom had hooks for bathrobes and a rod for hanging face towels (something most hotels lack!), a bathtub, and a full-wall mirror above the vanity. The wet and dry areas were separate, which is great. Outside the bathroom is a walk-in closet with a row of wardrobes, all with full-length mirrored doors. The hotel also provides ironing facilities, complimentary toiletries, slippers, and bottled water. All this comes at a really reasonable price, offering excellent value for money. The breakfast was decent too. There was a slight hiccup though: for two mornings in a row, there was drilling noise that woke my daughter up. After I brought it to the hotel's attention, they immediately moved us to the 30th floor. Overall, the service was very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sydney.

The room is spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 big luggages. The view outside is tower clock. Beds are big enough for 2 adults to sleep together or 1 adult + 1 child. What I don’t like is how they clean up the room. With the carpet floor, I found the room is quite dusty when we arrive and most of the nights so we have to ask for additional cleaning to make it better. Some used utensils and coffee cups were left on the table after housekeeping. I would expect better cleaning quality for 5-star hotel. Breakfast is so-so, not so many choices especially protein. Can’t find any protein in the breakfast, except eggs.

It is so worth to book a room like this with such reasonable price! For location wise, it is located in the central city, very accessible and close to many train stations and bus stops. Housekeeping was great, even with very messy room, none of my items are misplaced, yet tidied to a nice and dry corner.

Excellent experience for my parents to stay at Fullerton. Although the amenities are a bit outdated, but the view out of the window is perfect. The room is always clean and tidy. All the staffs are nice, efficiently & professionally. Location of Fullerton is pretty good & convenient for Sydney CBD tourism. Walking distance to each landmark. Highly recommend.

Excellent Location, friendly staff, spacious rooms though a little tired, but with great views of the city, and great breakfast.

Great location, but I wasn't happy with the service. 1. They mixed up the names for luggage storage with the guest who checked in. 2. The Indian staff member who delivered the luggage had a bad attitude. 3. When I called for mineral water, the DND (Do Not Disturb) sign was already on, but the staff still knocked on the door. 4. I asked for two bottles of water and an ice bucket, but they gave me three bottles of water and no ice bucket. On the plus side, the city view from the higher floors is quite nice, and you can go shopping right downstairs. The atmosphere at Level 1, The Place, is also very comfortable.

The sink in my room was clogged when I checked in. I told the front desk, and they suggested sending an engineer to fix it. I refused and asked for a room change instead. The front desk didn't offer any compensation, which was disappointing; usually, Marriott offers fruit or breakfast in such situations. They didn't seem to care about appeasing the guests at all.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Many attractions are within walking distance.

When I booked, I wondered why this five-star hotel was so much cheaper than others in the CBD that day. Turns out there's a catch, definitely don't stay here. I pressed the 'do not disturb' button, but at 10 AM, housekeeping still knocked on my door. My bed was far from the door, so I didn't hear it clearly. By the time I realized someone was knocking, housekeeping had already pushed the door open while I was still in bed. How incredibly unprofessional! Couldn't housekeeping see the 'do not disturb' light? Standard check-out is 11 AM. Did I say I was checking out at 10 AM? To rush guests out at 10 AM? Extremely unprofessional and left me with serious psychological discomfort. The front desk only offered a 'sorry' and nothing else. I stayed here once three years ago and had a good impression, but this time the facilities are much older, unpleasantly so. The bedding was rough and uncomfortable, and the shower water would suddenly get scalding hot.

Right on a holiday, and it was 'Xiao Nian Ye' (Little New Year's Eve) too! After a friend's recommendation, my family and I came to Australia and chose the Fullerton Hotel Sydney, and it certainly lived up to expectations. It's located in the bustling city center at Martin Place, with a grand and impressive exterior. The hotel's interior has a wonderful sense of history, and the breakfast spread was abundant. The restaurant host was incredibly warm and welcoming. Everything felt cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The rooms are clean and tidy, with a sophisticated and elegant layout. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, a separate bathtub, and high-quality toiletries. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep, maximizing comfort.

The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, and the rooms are well-equipped with luxurious decor.

The room size is ample, spacious and bright, with a beautiful view from the window. Breakfast is rich and varied, and the quality is excellent. The lobby, especially, which was converted from the original post office building, is very impressive, and that staircase is absolutely stunning.
