👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 0.0001 / 5 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Worst Service Experience🤯 I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel, mainly due to the unprofessional attitude of the Reservations Supervisor, Rami Laiacona. The communication was dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked basic professionalism and empathy. There was no effort to assist or provide any flexibility, which made the situation extremely frustrating. For a hotel of this standard, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Surry Hills is a really artsy neighborhood, and the room was much more spacious than I expected. They even have a record player and records available for guests, which is a cool touch. The gym is well-equipped too. Plus, it's super convenient to get to the city. Definitely a great place to stay!

The location is decent. I chose a medium-sized room, but it was still quite small. There were no slippers or complimentary water, and I found a hair on the bathrobe. Everything in the mini-fridge was chargeable. Overall, it wasn't great value for money. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

It was great for our family and the staff went above and beyond despite us arriving past midnight!

It's unique, but I didn't realize the first floor was a bar. It got a bit noisy, especially on weekend nights with so many people. The room itself was comfortable though.

The hotel is loft like and it's nice and modern. The location is great with short distance to Thai and China Town with variety of food to choose from. The internet is fast and reliable. Nice cafe in the hotel.

The room is a bit small, but the location is excellent. It's within walking distance to a shopping area, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Both the facilities and the staff's service were outstanding. It was a very stylish and relaxing space, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Friendly and lovely staff always being so apologetic and patient with our feedback. However we find the hotel very dusty and triggers our allergies. Their use of bed toppers (the throw blanket) and the sofa by the window is so full of dust and crumbs, one would wonder when is the last time those were cleaned. The room was not made up twice during our stay, and we came back to the hotel at the end of the day and had to request for it to be made. Room amenities were not topped up (had to let them know that we ran out of body soap). Had to specifically requested for the room to be vaccumed (and watch them do so) as we found stones/rocks/ dust on the floor for 2 nights that was there since we checked in. We had a generally pleasant but itchy stay.
