Having lived in the US for years, this is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Service was non-existent. The towels and sheets were both dirty. The bellhop delivering the luggage simply tossed my suitcase onto the bed. Valet parking was exorbitant, and retrieving our car took an eternity. Simply abysmal.

Thenroom slwas spacious and clean. The staff were good as well. There were.2 parties occuring so valet was a nightmare for hotel guests.
