Marriott Syracuse Downtown Reviews

Having lived in the US for years, this is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Service was non-existent. The towels and sheets were both dirty. The bellhop delivering the luggage simply tossed my suitcase onto the bed. Valet parking was exorbitant, and retrieving our car took an eternity. Simply abysmal.

Overall, it was pretty good, but the food delivery I had sent to the hotel in advance went missing. Just a heads-up for future guests to be aware.

Old school hotel in downtown Syracuse. I like the uniqueness and style of the lobby and rooms, still clean & comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The facilities are average. Marriott hotels in the United States are not as good as those in China.

The oldest Marriott I've ever seen, it looks like it hasn't updated its facilities in fifty years
