Comfortable, intimate hotel with a sauna. Very clean. Nice restaurant on site. The spa area is very comfortable and not crowded. The Finnish sauna is hot. The staff is very helpful. A wonderful hotel.

Booked a room for one night weeks ago. On checking in at reception we enquired if a meal would be available in the restaurant , reception replied there was a function in the restaurant and if we wanted to eat then we would have to ask the restaurant staff for a table as reception was too busy. What a totally unacceptable attitude from the femaie at reception. We did not bother and left. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE.

Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with *******, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that ******* customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality coffee & tea. So disappointing

The hotel, the spa area and the restaurant are modern, very relaxing and offer great food. The staff is very accommodating and extremely friendly. The location is very central but still quiet on a lake.

Wir haben ein Wochenende zu zweit im Grand Park Hotel verbracht und genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhe und gemeinsame Zeit. Stettin hat uns positiv überrascht, es war ruhig, grün und perfekt für einen kurzen Ausflug. Und am schönsten war es, am Abend ins Hotel zurückzukehren, wo alles langsamer wird. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkommt.
