The facilities are a bit dated, but the location is excellent and convenient. The cleanliness and service are both great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The weekend rates are a bit high, but the weekday prices are very good.

Left a jacket behind and staff forwarded it very well after I contacted them to one of my next hotels where I would stay. Brilliant service. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Good service

The staff's hospitality was excellent. They were very polite and smiling, from checking in to delivering items to our room.

The location is very good, very close to Tachikawa Station. The room is slightly larger than in downtown Tokyo. The hygiene is very good.

This is a relatively large hotel in Tokyo, with a good environment and good service. There is also a Ramen shop nearby, and many Wagyu restaurants are delicious. You can take a walk and have a look.

The front desk and restaurant staff were all very friendly and I had a great time. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

I had to go to Tachikawa and stayed there for one night. I usually stay at foreign hotels, but there aren't any in Tachikawa, so I decided to stay here rather than at a typical business hotel. The front desk and lobby staff and housekeeping were very polite, but I felt it was inconvenient that there was no bottle of water in the room unless you are a member. I bought some from outside, but it was heavy, and the next morning I ran out and tried to buy more from the vending machine, but it was an old machine that didn't accept the new banknotes, or even the new 500 yen coins, and of course it didn't accept electronic money, so I lost all my money and couldn't buy anything. It was a hassle to go to the front desk to exchange money, so I gave up. If these things were not taken care of, I would have preferred a business hotel.

Tachikawa Nikko Hotel is believed to be a very large-scale hotel, very large-scale appearance, very spacious rooms, there are many restaurants and convenience stores along the way, there is a 10-minute walk from the train station, the environment is very quiet, the service staff is also very polite

The quality of JAL is still good, which is relatively good among three-star hotels.

The location, service and rooms were great. I will definitely book again.
