I can't give this hotel a good rating. The outdoor swimming and bathing area is very nice, and the room and bathroom are very large and clean, but the room only has two beds and a TV. That's it—not a single wardrobe or shelf to put your clothes on. But the reason I'm giving the hotel such a bad rating is the breakfast. You're woken up in the morning between 7:30 and 8:00 and asked what you'd like for breakfast. The breakfast selection isn't large, and after about 30 minutes, breakfast is brought to your room, which you then eat on the balcony. I didn't like it at all, so we had breakfast somewhere else the following days. But what was completely unacceptable and extremely annoying was having to pay 100 pesos on departure because a coffee cup was missing from the room. On the first day, I used the coffee cup, and since I had used it, I left it with the other dirty breakfast dishes. Housekeeping didn't replace it with a clean one. So, naturally, a cup was missing from the room. And on the day of departure, I had to pay 100 pesos because the cup was missing. We told reception why the cup was missing, but the employee wasn't interested at all; the cup was missing from the room, so we had to pay 100 pesos. It's not even about the 100 pesos (which is only €1.42), but about how we were treated. Because in my opinion, you can't treat guests like that over a missing cup (which wasn't even our fault). I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.
