I’m thankful for the staff in the counter for upgrading my room without further cost because the single room they say was leaking upon my arrival.

There was a very strong unpleasant smell coming from the corridors during the morning. Other than that it was nice.

Good hotel, I'd stay here again. Enjoyed my time in Tacloban. Very handy to shops and SMsavemore. Easy walk to the bus station. Buses going all over leyte and Samar.

The location is excellent since malapit lang iya sa savomore, jollibee, mang inasal, and other stores (super convinient). Great customer service as well. I also like na merong lamp shade 😁
