"It's a very new Marriott. When we checked in, we were wondering why the rating was so low. But when we checked into the room, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything else was clean, but the quilts and pillows on the two beds were messy, as if someone had just crawled out of bed. When we left, we unfortunately forgot to unplug the charging plugs for our two mobile phones and iPhone. We called them that night and planned to pick them up after leaving the national park three days later. After registering online as they asked, we heard nothing from them. We called every day after leaving the park, but there was no response. Today, I passed by the airport and went to the hotel front desk to ask again. After waiting for 20 minutes, they said they couldn't find it. This service is really bad."

"I couldn't show up for the booking because my dad was life flighted somewhere other than St Joseph's in tacoma where we were told he was being taken so that's where my mom booked the reservation with you guys and anyways serious life threatening situation/circumstances medically with my dad but you guys won't return my mom's money to her when we never even stayed there"

"Location is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself."

"The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, and there are food options available inside, eliminating the need to search for a convenience store. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of seats in the lobby for resting and charging. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator."
