I think the unit too old need to repair Yung unan at punda sobrang Luma gusot gusot pa the place so nice the view to relaxing but the things need to fix

The room is quite spacious for its price, I had a great view of the citry on the 23rd floor. The area is well-maintained, the staffs are friendly and very helpful. It has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for morning walks and jogging. The clubhouse is huge and packed with many facilities and outdoor activities. The whole property is right in the middle of major hotspots if Tagaytay such as the Skyranch, Mahogany market, famous restaurants overlooking the Taal lake such as Bag of Beans, Rosario, and Starbucks. It's perfect for all kinds of travellers.

Ok Malinis maganda and view kasi nasa 20th floor kmi.. sakto lg ung gamit. Affordable and reasonable nman..ok na ok ksi may wifi.. mdyo late lg check in time sana before 1pm. dito ulit ako mag bobook sa sunonod punta namin dito... thanks

When we entered the unit, some of the essentials were missing, like there wasn't even a cloth to wipe the sink. The fridge wasn't cleaned because it smelled weird. There was no shelf in the bathroom for shampoo and soap. The TV stand was dusty. There weren't enough utensils, not even a small knife. There were no bowls at all. We had a really hard time cooking because all that was provided was a rice cooker, a heater, and a microwave. Also, the door to the room wasn't properly installed and looked like it could fall on the sofa or TV at any moment. The tower itself was quiet, so that's a plus. Overall, 3/10.

Its fair price for the promos. But uppon checkin they give us different unit, they said the unit indecated online is for just reference something. Room is ok, but if you are picky better go for regular price rather than promos and suddenly change your room upon check in.

We're assigned to unit number 2040. The room was very nice, clean, and it has the famous taal lake view. The owner is also accommodating. However, the hot shower is not working. Malamig pa naman sa Tagaytay haha but overall, maganda ang unit. Thank you Maam.

the rooms are not well maintained, dirty matress, rusting showers and slippery floors, no cabinets... non-refundable booking so we decided to booked different hotel.. not recommended. tower 4 room 2106 and 2107
