Wind Residences by Smco

Overall Wind Residences is good but the unit we rented has lck of things to use. No bidet, lamp is malfunctioning, bed is not that soft.

The place is 100% good, and I was able to utilize all the appliances included in the stay without any problems, such as the rice cooker, heater, hot shower, wifi, and others. The view is so good, watching the sunset and sunrise. A 24-hour convenience store is available, as are nearby restaurants. Some attractions are near the accommodation as well.

I would say it's not the best place to stay but the sunrise makes everything worth it. SMDC Wind Residences has almost everything nearby. Convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, main road, few minutes away from Sky Ranch and one of the best overlooking spas in Ta***tay, Qi Wellness. It does not have Wi-Fi and there's no mobile phone signal as well. Generally, the room is deadspot unless you place your phone right beside the main door. It has simple bed, simple design. No smart TV nor cable but it has the TV box where you can watch local channels. I guess this place is just for people to sleep in, shower and take a quick meal. There's a functioning fridge and kitchen utensils that you can use. There's a rice cooker too if incase you need to eat rice or heat noodles. Overall, it's an okay experience. Just don't expect too much. Besides, it's very affordable compared to most rooms you can rent in Ta***tay. I got the lake view room for only 1,500. There’s a lot to do around the area. Better not lock yourself up in the room!!! 🙂

It was fun, the staff were very accommodating and flexible even in crucial time.

Everything is amazing the location and the view is so relaxing..thank you for having me here..

We got Tower 3, room 1733. The hotel has 4 elevators but only one was working. The sink in the kitchen was dirty and the one in the bathroom was clogged. There was no handler for the shower head, so you have to hold it while using. That was very inconvenient. The windows were dirty. We hope those were not molds. There were no bedsheets provided for the singlebed. We found sheets on the tv cabinet, but they smell and looks used. The table on the balcony was dirty was well.

The location of the hotel is good but the ameneties or the renter is something to improve e.g. wifi.

Nice place for peace, but hoping amenities are included., we are not fully satisfied due to the place amenities not included.
