room was not properly cleaned. The toilet frequently becomes clogged,and the toilet was not cleaned and there is an unpleasant odor in the shower area. The comfort room is quite small, and despite being located on the top floor, road noise can still be clearly heard.

Area is very accessible. Near all the tourist attraction. Place is clean and the staff are very welcoming. Nearest mall is fora and ayala serin.

Had a nice and relaxing stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a short getaway. However, I do hope the bathroom cleanliness can be improved a bit more. Also, it would be great if the lobby had more comfortable seating for guests waiting to check in. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

Quest hotel is a very accessible and convenient to all solo, family and couple travelers. It's a nice place to stay. Clean and very approachable staff. Near Foral Mall and Ayala Serin Hotel.
