Royale Parc Hotel Tagaytay

The food was so delicious and the service is good. We so much enjoyed the view and I highly recommended Thank you so much ❤️

The amenities and setup are incomplete. The hotel should update its television or at least provide Chromecast or USB ports to enable Netflix streaming on the television. The room was clean, but the headboard emitted an unpleasant odor. The towels were old and should be replaced. There was no bat mat set up. The swimming pool view was pleasant, but the chlorine levels were excessive, particularly in the jacuzzi area, causing skin irritation after swimming. The breakfast was satisfactory, consisting of a buffet with a daily changing menu, which was an improvement. The Royal Palace was also satisfactory, with approachable and friendly staff, particularly the spa attendant who performed my pedicure, who was exceptionally pleasant. Overall, it was a good stay, although the incomplete room setup prevented it from being entirely relaxing.

It was a great experience to spend our holiday with my family. Kids enjoy the pool and all the tourist attractions are accessible. The food is great, and the customer service was good. Kudos to all staff 👏

The room was clean, but unfortunately had no view. It came with a balcony, but the balcony light was defective, making it unusable at night because of the mosquitoes. Overall, the room felt quite boring. The AC kept turning off from time to time even after I changed the settings. I also tried requesting a room transfer, but the staff said there were no other rooms available. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom — it had a terrible “kanal” smell that was very unpleasant throughout the stay. Breakfast buffet options were very limited, and the hotel amenities were lacking as well. I booked this hotel to see if it was worth trying, but honestly, there are many other hotels that offer much better value for the money and a more enjoyable stay.

Stayed at Royale Parc Hotel Tagaytay — great service and the staff were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. Just hoping they can add a hair blower next time for added convenience.

Great location, comfortable accommodation, and very friendly staff. I would suggest adding a reed diffuser in the hallway to make the scent more pleasant. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay. My kids absolutely loved it—especially the bubbles in the swimming pool! 😊

i recomend this hotel very clean and staff is friendly . The foods in breakfast is ok good for family bonding , even friends of couples, the pool is ok to relaxing..
