Not a high end hotel, but breathtaking view of the lake is very nice. Perfect spot for Sunrise and Moonrise

Beware before booking. Smell really really bad as soon as you enter in the hotel. May be the carpet issues. We are not able to stay in room and they decline our cancellation payment and we paid full and didn’t stay in Hotel. PLEASE DONT BOOK IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HAVE GOOD TIME IN TAGAYTAY!

We have a pleasant stay on these hotel. They have a maintained facility. It is regretful that these hotel was not further developed. Overall, these hotel is highly recommended for staycation.

Overall hotel experience is great. The room is spacious and nice view on taal volcano. The hotel and amenities is quite old but well maintained. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect for all places. It is an old hotel with a lot of improvements to be done. Carpet are too old, phone for reception is not working too dark on the hallway, despite of all these i chosen the place due to its accessibility.

More improvement on the amenities, renovation and some refurbishment. Staff are friendly

The view from the room is great! The breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal. The stay would be much better if the facilities would be upgraded. The old aircon unit (window type) ought to be replaced. It can't cool the whole room anymore. The bathroom is quite outdated. The shower floor doesn't feel sturdy. The administration might like to install a bidet, instead of a pail and dipper. May I suggest a small portable table be included for use in the balcony.

Services and staff are really good. I’m glad their pool is cleaner. Still the room is still too old amd dampy perhaps that’s the reason why tje bed still itches. But still okay

We have a good view of taal, location consider good, worth the money that we paid. Good service

It was nice in the picture but when I saw the hotel it was creepy, it looks *******, the carpet was dirty and the hotel looks very old though the location is very good.
