Hotel Casiana and Events Center Tagaytay

The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. We especially enjoyed the spa and the heated pool—they’re perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, especially for our business-related trips. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout our stay. One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

This hotel is our go-to place whenever we want to relax and enjoy some quiet time away from the city noise. So far, it’s the best hotel in Tagaytay for us.

My stay at Hotel Casiana was honestly disappointing. There was nothing particularly outstanding about the hotel that would make me want to come back. One good thing I can say is that the room was clean and well-maintained during our stay. However, one major issue was the poor soundproofing of the rooms. We even ended up having an uncomfortable situation with the guests in the next room because they complained that our room was noisy. We were with kids who were simply enjoying their stay, and it was only around 5 PM at the time. The guests next door were foreigners, and while I understand where they were coming from, it really wasn’t entirely our fault, the hotel’s walls are just too thin. Even people walking in the hallway could clearly be heard inside the room, including their footsteps. Another issue was the front desk service. It took a very long time for them to answer whenever we needed assistance. Front desk staff should be more responsive and available, especially for guest concerns. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay here, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The pool was nice, but the breakfast was not good. Some guests even asked for a manager because the service was not great.
