All in all, good stay. Need improvement lang yung mismong interior ng hotel. Pero sobrang bait ng mga staffs. And sana may shaded area sila kapag umuulan tapos magdrop ka ng gamit mula sa sasakyan pero under renovation pa naman kaya baka on going na

We arrived at 2.30++pm on 18th and expected the room to be ready and I understand the check in time in 3pm and I mentioned that I have a wedding to attend at 4pm nearby. Hence the gave me a room which not the room I asked for, thereafter they gave me which is facing the lake. When they gave me the key card I was utterly shocked when I saw the room was not cleaned at all. I was so surprised and it's my first time experiencing such a service. As we had our shower we noticed the water in the shower area is not flowing out instead the water was stand still. Since we were in a rush the decided to inform the front desk the following day. The following day we informed at 11am to clean up the room as we were going out but when we returned the room was not cleaned

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool
