Bom hotel e localização, quartos muito limpos e ótimo café da manhã, o diferencial é a garagem coberta, a recepção que foi muito amigável e a limpeza do ambiente. Apesar de ser um hotel de passagem para muitos trabalhadores de empresas da região, o tratamento foi muito bom fora o café da manhã completo !

Localização muito boa, com tudo que precisa por perto.
Comida do restaurante do hotel muito boa e com preços acessível, quarto bom, porem o ar-condicionado faz muito barulho e o café da manhã muito fraco as funcionarias da copa todas com um pessimo humor, ao contrario do atendimento da recepção o pessoal da recepção todos nota 10.

Vaso entupido, pedi p trocar de quarto, no mesmo andar, já que havia desmanchado toda minha bagagem, não fui atendidao. A sorte foi minha esposa ter descoberto que havia um jeito específico para dar descarga, sem ter havido qualquer orientação por parte do hotel.

- Não espere um banho quente - é, no máximo morno. - Os travesseiros são encapados com um plástico grosso por baixo da fronha - bizarro, faz até barulho. - Saí para trabalhar ao meio dia, voltei às 22h - não arrumaram o quarto. - Torça para não ter um grupo de jovens com caixas de som hospedados, pois eles vão escutar som em volume alto após as 22h e a administração não vai te trocar de quarto ou coibir o abuso. Péssima experiência.

O hotel é muito bom no custo e benefício.
O check-in e check-out excelente, limpeza excelente, cama confortável, preocupação com o ecosistema. Room service muito bom.
Acho que só deveriam dar um pouco mais de atenção no café da manhã. Ambiente pequeno, se o hotel tiver cheio, tem que esperar. Alguns da equipe mal humorados.

A localização é bem estranha. Não me pareceu ser seguro sair a pé. Hotel entrega o que promete, porém, fraco. Fiquei no 1011 e não sei de onde saia um cheiro de cigarro no banheiro. Cheiro péssimo!! Outra coisa que me incomodou bastante foi a forma que as cortinas eram dispostas no quarto, o que não isolava o ambiente da claridade externa

localização muito esquisita principalmente quem chega a noite, quarto com cheiro de móveis antigo, recomendaria já que é setor hoteleiro, reunir os hotéis contratar um vigilante e reforçar a iluminação.
