There are many small cockroaches , we are shocked. Looks like they don't do fumigation at the property. On the positive side, the rooms are great, and the views from our room is superb .

Cool accommodation

when we arrive, no key password. we keep.up and.down how many times,.almost after 1hour finish check in. then.after we go inside, no.tissie, no slipper.. everything no prepare. wifi cannot work. bad experience!

As a solo female traveler, I had way too many concerns. First, there's no front desk. I could only get the key code via a WhatsApp chat, and even then, they wouldn't respond until I contacted them *after* arriving at Manila Airport in the Philippines. For anyone coming from another country where Wi-Fi connection can be slow, this is an absolute risk. I was so anxious that I ended up making an urgent reservation at another hotel with a proper front desk and staff who could assist me. Of course, since it was a same-day cancellation, I had to pay the full amount. They really need to clearly communicate this system beforehand. It's too high-risk; I wouldn't recommend it.

Good Location. Near Shangri La. Near High Street. There's a drugstore, fast food and convenience store near the area. Check In process was fast as well as the elevator. Airconditioning takes too long to cool the room..

The room was nice, but it was in the fifth floor. That’s why it was quite noisy. But the location is great. 

Opened the door to find cockroaches crawling around. It was advertised as a hotel apartment, but it's actually just a guesthouse with no hotel amenities at all. The downstairs security guard can open the door with just a password. The room itself was incredibly dirty, with cockroaches crawling, dead geckos, yellowed towels, and toothpaste that had completely dried out. It was uninhabitable, so I immediately booked another hotel and left.

It was nice and they are very accomodating. I will reccomend this to my friends and I will always visit here when i get back to manila. It gave a lot of memories

It was an overall good experience from checking in to checking out. We requested to borrow an umbrella as it was raining heavily that morning and it was brought to us within 15 mins. Overall very satisfactory service and stay.

Will book again at Avant BGC. Nice location.

Noisy: road, crossroad, construction side and noisy party street at night will go through all tiny AC doors right nearby your head, little bit shabby, some of the lights are not working.

Worst booking experience. The lobby is not helpful at all, the receptionist plus the guard were both dismissive of inquiries. We got there and they said our booking wasn’t in their system yet. We asked how we could resolve this problem, and they just told us that it was not their problem. I tried calling the number provided in the booking confirmation, no one was answering. Had to wait for 2 hours before we were able to check- in. I understand that it’s not a hotel, but they should at least have a contact person in the area to answer queries re: bookings when they are marketing it in a website like this. Upon arrival in the room, the A/C was broken. The room was at least very spacious and the location was good.
