Wyndham Taian West

Came here on a friend's recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. A special shout-out to Cici – her service was warm and professional, and her attention to detail made my stay very reassuring. Highly recommend!

Booked this room for my parents. The hotel's shuttle service from and to the station was a thoughtful touch. Special shout-out to the staff member in the picture – they were incredibly kind to the elderly guests.

This is a brand new hotel, truly a mansion! It's spacious and grand, and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom – absolutely stunning. Hands down, the best hotel at the foot of Mount Tai, no arguments about it. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

Our stay in the family suite was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, bright, and well-laid out, spotlessly clean with no strange odors. All the facilities were complete and well-maintained, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Eris provided warm and thoughtful service, responding promptly to our needs. The location is convenient and it offers great value for money, making it perfect for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel's decor is lovely and the night view is stunning. They even offer free late-night snacks. However, compared to other hotels of the same caliber or other Wyndham properties in different cities, the breakfast was quite disappointing. There was a very limited selection, and the food wasn't particularly well-made. For example, the xiao long bao (soup dumplings) were served in a huge steamer, all stuck together, and the bottoms of the buns had broken open.

The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard. On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch. The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service. In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels.

Fantastic location, super convenient for getting around. The room was spotless and fresh, and the bedding was so comfortable for a great night's sleep. Mia provided excellent, thoughtful service, and the congee at supper was delicious. Amazing value for money, I'll definitely be back!
