這是第二次入住該酒店。這次提前10幾天預訂了最便宜的無窗大床房，沒想到成了體驗最差的一次：房間內温度27°，很悶，打開空調製冷功能半小時温度不降反而升到28°，以為到半夜涼快了就能睡着，沒想到越來越熱越來越熱，到了半夜快12點，沖了涼、躺被子上都熱的出汗，想了想也是給前台打電話吧。沒想到前台冷冰冰的説：你定的無窗房就這樣，通風不好。我説空調怎麼不涼？前台毫無歉意地説：這個季節沒有製冷，要想涼快衹能開着衞生間的門一直開着衞生間換氣！真是前所未聞！！忍到快凌晨1點，衹能在攜程投訴、清列要求退掉第二晚（預訂時寫着一旦入住不退），我詳細描述了理由後，攜程承諾40分鐘內協調；最終在快凌晨2點時攜程發來訊息：同意退掉第二晚！！！垃圾酒店！！！作為攜程10年以上VIP（鑽石）沒想到攜程真的變得讓人難以接受、不敢再用！！強烈要求賠償、致歉！！！

我從來沒有如此認真的做個評價： 1、房間空調不好用。 2、夜間隔音及空調機房聲音擾民無法入睡 3、停車場系統就是擺設掃碼免費不可能有的事 4、住過所有麗楓酒店中最差的一個，沒有之一。 總之，不推薦。避坑，簡直給泰安旅遊摸黑。

房間提前預訂並打電話要求拼好房間，到房間後發現沒有拼，我們自己拼的，剛把床拼好，房間床上爬出蟲子，給前台打電話，告知可以換房間，因為太晚沒換，衹要求把床品重新更換了，第二天我要求前台經理回電，回電話也是換房。房間觸屏的開關不是很好用，需要多次按才好用，被品很潮濕。酒店旁邊的早餐廳菜品不錯，服務也很好。
