Atour Hotel(Tai'an Taishan Scenic Pangu Tiandi)

The location is super convenient, not far from the Hongmen entrance of Mount Tai, and it's easy to get a taxi. The room environment is great, very clean, and the front desk staff are also wonderful. Atour is always my top choice whenever I travel!

I'm a huge fan of Atour and a platinum member. Whenever I travel, I always choose Atour hotels. This stay at Atour Pangutiandi in Tai'an was a bit different from my usual experience. When I booked, I only looked at the price and overlooked the breakfast count. At check-in, I asked the lady at the front desk what I could do, and she immediately sorted it out for me. After checking out and while we were on our way to Qufu, we received a call from the Atour Tai'an front desk. My clothes were left in the room! After she contacted me, she immediately sent them via SF Express to the Atour hotel where I was staying in Qufu. When I offered to pay for the shipping, they said they would cover the cost, which really touched me. My main reason for loving Atour is that their breakfast caters to almost all tastes, and the comfort of their bedding truly makes you feel at home. Keep up the great work, Atour! I'll continue to be a loyal fan! They even gave me a lovely souvenir when I checked out, which I absolutely adore! 😘

The rooms are great, offering excellent value for money. There's good parking right outside, and you can charge your car in the backyard. Every time I come to Tai'an, I stay here. The front desk service is also very warm and welcoming. The facilities are complete, clean, and tidy. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. As soon as we entered, we were offered two warm and thoughtful milk teas. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. We even got a free upgrade to a larger executive room. This is definitely a top choice for business trips or leisure travel. You can even get a direct view of Mount Tai from the hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

The room was great, very spacious, and I was able to check in early, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. I also loved that the room offered a view of Mount Tai, making the stay very comfortable. The customer service was incredibly responsive to all my requests. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at Atour several times, and this was by far the best experience! The service was excellent in all aspects. From the moment I walked in, they offered walking sticks for hiking, welcome fruit, cute little trinkets, local specialties, fridge magnets – even the candies in the lobby clearly showed thoughtful selection. The Atour tea in the room's mini-fridge was also delicious. We stayed for 3 days, and every day when we returned to the room, the toiletries and water were fully replenished 👍 My parents both agreed it was great and said they'd only stay at Atour from now on when traveling!

While out shopping with my daughter, we spontaneously decided to check out this hotel. To our surprise, it exceeded all expectations! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and they even provided a welcome gift. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Since my daughter had school early, breakfast was already laid out by the time we arrived at 7 AM. There was even someone, seemingly a supervisor, taking photos to ensure everything was perfectly arranged. It truly felt like every detail in this hotel was thoughtfully executed. Excellent value for money! We'll definitely be back.
