JI Hotel (Tai'an Taishan Scenic Area)

This was the worst stay at an All Seasons Hotel I've ever had, and it's made me, a fan of All Seasons, kind of lose my love for it... The air conditioner in the west-facing room was not turned on in advance. Shandong has been very hot these days, so I kept the air conditioner on for several hours, and the room didn't completely cool down until after 12 o'clock in the evening. Then, there was a bad smell for a long time when the air conditioner was just turned on. It must be that the central air conditioner hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Thinking that the room would finally cool down in the second half of the night and I could have a good sleep, something dramatic happened - construction started at the construction site outside the hotel window! That's right, the construction started at one or two in the morning! The construction rumbled on until dawn, so I didn't sleep the whole night, and during the day I had to drag my extremely tired body and bite the bullet to climb Mount Tai... I was speechless.

Service: From Tianjin to Jinan to Tai'an and Mount Tai, I chose All Seasons for all three cities this time. I'm an old customer of All Seasons, whether it's Ctrip or Huazhu Club, but this time I was disgusted by the Tai'an Mount Tai Scenic Area. I climbed Mount Tai on May 4th, and chose to walk up and down the mountain. There were too many people, and I couldn't go faster even if I wanted to. I was already very tired on the way down the mountain. I received consecutive calls from a hotel staff member, meaning that I had to check out at 12 o'clock according to Ctrip. I endured the fatigue and communicated with her. She said it was 2 o'clock at the latest, otherwise she would charge a fee. During this period, she knew I was climbing the mountain but she kept calling me and her tone was unfriendly. I tried to talk to her nicely, but she had a tough attitude and hung up as soon as she finished speaking, taking a chicken feather as an arrow. In fact, what I wanted to say was that the number of tourists gradually decreased on May 4th and everyone was ready to go home, and the rooms were not so tight. Basically, everyone checked out and went home after climbing. Was there any need to urge me like that? I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 am after hiking and was ready to pack. I gave my room card to the front desk, and another woman came over. She was afraid I'd take it back and stay in the room to rest, so she said, "I'll swipe it for you, so you don't need to get it." When I got in, the cleaning lady opened the door for me. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. She kindly inserted the key and turned on the air conditioning, telling me to take my time packing. I booked the All Seasons hotels in Tianjin and Jinan through Ctrip, and each time my departure ticket was after 3:00 pm. Not a single staff member at the All Seasons hotels in Tianjin or Jinan called to urge me, which ruined the trip. But this staff member at the All Seasons Hotel in Taishan District, Tai'an, you know how crowded Mount Tai is during the holidays, right? The pace of the climb isn't my decision, so why couldn't they be flexible and talk nicely? A single bad apple spoils the whole bunch. People with this personality won't make it in any industry. *********! Trash! Facilities: Very old, noisy Ambient: Very average, and the breakfast variety and taste weren't as good as other similar hotels.

這是我第一次入住“全季酒店”，本來充滿期待的！然而很失望！首先是在攜程上聯繫酒店，沒有任何回覆！第二是明確要求不住角落房間，但是服務員卻給了我們兩個角落房間！第三、第一次遇到房間電視機打不開，服務員上來看後説機頂盒的線壞了！第四、晚上房間裏有外面的噪音，影響休息！對季先生倒是很敬佩，但是沒想到他的酒店竟然如此糟糕！！！

五天四晚的國慶天津泰安行，今年兒子不與我們同行，就老夫妻倆吧。天津因為直轄市未曾來過，趁着假期幾天來一下吧。泰山呢是一條線，作為五嶽之首也是要來一下的。泰安自己出行還是相信品牌的，選擇了天外村這邊的全季酒店，還是可以的，床品真的不錯，褲子沒有聲音的。雖然國慶節價格翻倍增長，在心理預期內也就接受了，中國人民多啊。特意選擇離天外村遊客中心帶點距離，差不多步行800米吧，地理位置還不錯，隔壁酒店關門了，住的是4樓山景房臨街，雙面窗户，車流聲還是有點吵鬧的，對面還在新建。這次天津也住了全季，比起來這邊泰安的全季品質上還是稍遜一點。設施麼都還不錯，餐廳早餐挺好的，阿姨早餐麪條餛飩好忙呀一直不停的，大家吃飽了都要上山的。前台服務人員都很不錯的。
