The room was clean and the breakfast was good; the kids enjoyed it. The pool seemed to be outsourced; we weren't informed beforehand that there were no towels available, so we had to bring them from our room ourselves.

In the evening, when I needed to borrow a charging cable, Xiao Lu quickly delivered it to me via robot after contacting the front desk, and thoughtfully provided an extra adapter. The entire process was swift, efficient, and thorough, without a hint of perfunctory service; it was genuine, considerate care that made my stay comfortable and reassuring.
