I added the housekeeper Vivian on WeChat before checking in, and all my requests were met promptly. It was my birthday on the day of check-in, and they thoughtfully decorated the room for me. It was a very satisfying stay! This was a family trip, and the kids had a wonderful time too. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel truly feels like a backyard garden for Shanghainese locals. It's about an hour's drive away and features a huge garden-style estate. It'll be even more beautiful when the roses are in bloom. There's also a church-like venue where you can register marriages, making it especially suitable for weddings. Our garden view room was an unexpected surprise – it was actually a suite with a small living room, two large TVs, and an amazing view. The vintage decor created a fantastic atmosphere, and the service was very attentive, especially in the buffet restaurant. Sunny Wang and Shelly Xie were particularly lovely and friendly, providing excellent service. During the Spring Festival, there was no price increase, making it great value for money. The only downside was how crowded it was; we didn't get our room key until 3:30 PM, and checkout was at 12 PM the next day. It left us wanting a bit more time.

The front desk lady's service was excellent. We had a lot of luggage, so she directly arranged for a staff member to drive us. All our requests were met, and the service was truly top-notch.

The hotel is new and the facilities are good, with friendly service. However, there aren't many activities. The breakfast offers a good variety, but not many dishes left a lasting impression. The hotel covers a large area, but it feels like it's not entirely finished yet. I would consider staying again once it's fully completed.

I'll definitely go back! I loved it; it's spacious, new, and the facilities and service are all very professional. They also have a lot of activities, it's a very comprehensive place. I could go every year, hope it stays open forever, haha. Special thanks to Zhu Wenyi (Wendy) for helping me find my forgotten clothes and express mailing them so quickly! Wishing you a smooth work life and all the best.

Stayed during Chinese New Year, and there was a wait for everything. Didn't get to check in until 5:30 PM. Dinner took over 40 minutes, and the breakfast selection was quite limited, more like a 3-star standard. Overall, it definitely doesn't live up to a 5-star hotel.

This hotel is perfect for a family staycation with kids. The staff are generally young and incredibly enthusiastic. They're very observant; a quick glance in their direction and they'll eagerly ask if you need any help. There are shuttle buses throughout the resort. Even though everything is within walking distance, the shuttle makes it super convenient for kids. The resort has a two-story kids' castle, which is absolutely fantastic for children! All the toys are Hape, and kids are like mice in a rice barrel – once they're in, they don't want to leave. The second floor has DIY and board game areas. During the Spring Festival, there were activities like dumpling making, paper-cutting, fruit platters, and scratch art, so kids could spend half a day there. Next to the castle is the wellness center, great for adults to do yoga or swim. The pool area also has a kids' pool and a hot spring pool, which the little ones thoroughly enjoyed. There are also small animals and horseback riding, keeping the children's day perfectly planned out. Finally, and most delightfully, the suite we booked had a mahjong table! After the kids' nap, it was adult fun time! There are also KTV, ball games, and other activities, catering to both adults and children.

This newly opened hotel has quite a few issues: 1. The butler I contacted was very slow to respond. I sent messages and voice notes in the morning, but didn't get a reply until dinner time. 2. I arrived at 10 AM, and after some discussion, they said I could get an upgraded courtyard room. They told me three times that check-in was recommended at 2 PM. I arrived at 1:40 PM, and started queuing for check-in around 1:55 PM. The same front desk staff member from the morning told me I would be getting the original room type. I pointed out that I was told in the morning that I'd been upgraded to a courtyard room, and that two front desk staff members, including the short-haired one, had confirmed this. The front desk only replied with one sentence: 'No rooms available, only standard rooms, and they're still being cleaned, so you'll have to wait 30-40 minutes.' They wouldn't let me check in in the morning, and when I came back on time in the afternoon, the room was still dirty. The policy states check-in time is 2 PM, not the start of the check-in process at 2 PM. At 2:40 PM, I went to the front desk to ask, and the room still wasn't ready, with an estimated wait of another 30 minutes. At this point, I checked Ctrip, and there were still plenty of courtyard rooms available. 3. The standard room I was originally supposed to get had a balcony. When they gave me the room key, it was for the adjacent room, and I'm not exaggerating – half of the view from the window was blocked by a wall/pillar. I called to inquire, and the front desk replied that the balcony room had been assigned to someone else. 4. The complimentary rose oolong tea set included a pot of rose oolong tea, one teacup, and some small biscuits. An extra cup cost 20 RMB. 5. During bath time in the evening, I asked the hotel for children's toiletries. They replied that they had run out of toothbrushes and toothpaste and could only provide adult ones. The hotel's Chinese restaurant had no high chairs, and no children's toilet seats or step stools for washing up. 6. The air conditioning in the room didn't provide heat. My child was afraid of getting cold after a bath, so I turned the AC up to 35 degrees to quickly heat the room. After the bath, it still felt cold, and the display showed the room temperature was 22 degrees. I left it on 35 degrees all night, and the room temperature only reached 24 degrees. 7. The bathroom towels shed lint. The toilet was advertised as smart, but it only had a heated seat. 8. The golf experience was entirely self-service. There was no staff at the entrance, and I didn't see anyone from start to finish.

The environment is great overall, but check-in was a bit slow due to the crowd. Other than that, it was a good stay, especially the complimentary spa which was very relaxing. CoCo's technique was excellent. Worth staying here.
