The hotel has a great environment and is very convenient for travel. It's just a 5-minute walk across from Taicang South Station. There's also a shuttle bus service to Snow World. The front desk staff are helpful, and the hygiene is well-maintained.

The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. There's a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the ski resort, which is a thoughtful touch. The inner courtyard has a children's play area, and my kids had a great time. I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again next time.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! It's very close to the ski resort, and there's a Manner store nearby. The facilities are super new, and the decor is modern and minimalist, making for a very comfortable stay. The room space is exceptionally generous, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with thoughtful details. Plus, parking is free, which is incredibly convenient for those driving. I especially want to commend the front desk staff; their service attitude was superb, very responsive, and enthusiastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

During the Chinese New Year period, rooms were in high demand, so I had to wait over half an hour to check in. Eventually, they sorted out a room and I was able to check in smoothly. There were some issues with the shuttle bus to the ski resort; despite waiting at the scheduled time, I was told the bus had just left. As for the facilities, being a new hotel, everything is quite well-equipped. There was a slight new-room smell, but it didn't affect my stay. The balcony was very large and comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk to the ski resort, which is a perfectly acceptable distance.

The room was spotless and modern, reflecting the high standards of a large hotel in its attention to detail. Despite being newly opened, there was no unpleasant smell. The breakfast was also excellent for the price point. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would recommend it to friends.

The room was missing many items; we spoke to the cleaning lady and they replenished them. The front desk staff acted like guests. We understood the room was being cleaned and we needed to wait, but after successful check-in, they wouldn't give us our room cards, telling us to go back to the front desk later. The delivered cards were unusable, indicating a lack of professionalism. The capsule coffee in the room lacked production and expiration dates. Breakfast selection was limited, but the beef noodles were decent. Although it's a pet-friendly hotel, we could only stay on the first floor, and the rooms there were poorly lit. If it were mandatory, we wouldn't have considered this hotel; it was a very uncomfortable experience.
