The hotel meets high standards. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and equipped with new facilities. The service is excellent and very prompt. Guests are welcomed with fresh fruit, and there are even small gifts for children, which is a lovely touch. We are very satisfied with the staff’s polite and friendly attitude. A special thanks to Ms. Ella Zhang, who was especially kind and flexible, helping our group have a wonderful experience at the hotel. We will definitely come back if we have the chance.

The staff at the reception was very nice with us, she upgraded us to elite floor 19. The views were amazing and the room was great. Lots of options for breakfast and really yummy. Great experience overall!

Overall pleasant accommodation & amenities. Lobby space is huge but sadly a little bare & unimpressive. Needs furnishings or better decor. Wrote this review because I felt obliged to praise the front desk's attitude and his kind upgrade for my room. Would certainly visit again!

The hotel is pretty new, room is spacious and clean. Mattress is firm which is my preference 😀 staff is friendly as well, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
