Lavande Hotel (Taicang Huafa Plaza Branch)

I highly recommend Lavande Hotel (Huafa Plaza Taicang)! Opened in 2026, choosing this hotel for my Taicang trip really made things easy. The hotel used to be a Hanting (All Seasons), so it has a great foundation. Newly renovated as a Lavande, it now has a very comfortable riverside garden villa style. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by Lavande's signature faint, calming, and therapeutic fragrance. The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Haiyundi and Huafa Plaza, surrounded by unique restaurants and late-night eateries. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There's a huge recreational lawn right outside the hotel, perfect for picnics and camping. Sitting there on a nice day truly enhances the holiday vibe and offers a great sense of relaxation. Guests can visit Nanyuan, a famous classical garden in Taicang, for free. It's perfect for a leisurely stroll and taking photos. If you're looking for something more exciting, Alpensia Ski Resort isn't far, making it ideal for weekend family outings or short romantic getaways. The room was clean and tidy, meticulously maintained. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest, and all the facilities were newly serviced. The front desk service was polite and attentive, check-in and check-out were efficient, and parking was convenient. Whether you're in Taicang for a business trip or a short road trip, this hotel is perfectly suited, balancing convenience, environment, and value for money. I've saved it to my favorites and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Taicang.

The room had a strong formaldehyde smell and basic facilities. What was unbearable was the noise at night; I was woken up at 2 AM by dogs barking and at 5 AM by continuous kitchen exhaust fan noise. I reluctantly called the front desk to complain, and they eventually moved me to another room. Having to repack my luggage in the early hours completely ruined my sleep. This was the worst experience ever.

這次國慶期間入住麗楓酒店（太倉華髮廣場店）體驗遠超預期，酒店是全新品牌升級改造，整體環境、服務都讓人驚喜，強烈推薦來太倉出差或遊玩的朋友選擇這裏。 一走進大堂就能聞到麗楓標誌性淡淡的薰衣草香氛，裝修簡約高級，乾淨清爽，沒有壓抑感。公共區域打理得一塵不染，走廊安靜，隔音效果不錯。房間內部設施全部換新，佈局寬敞通透，燈光柔和，電動窗簾很有氛圍感。床品柔軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，奔波一天躺下很快就能放鬆。衞生間乾濕分離，鏡面、枱麪擦拭得乾乾淨淨，熱水出水快、水壓穩定，洗漱用品配備齊全。房間網速穩定，小冰箱、智能設備一應俱全，細節上很用心。 服務方面更是加分項。前台工作人員熱情有禮貌，辦理入住手續高效快捷，耐心給我們講解周邊餐飲、停車訊息，態度親切自然。有需求聯繫工作人員響應及時，服務不刻意，恰到好處。早餐種類豐富，口味在線，食材新鮮，用餐環境整潔。 地理位置十分便利，臨近華髮廣場與海運堤美食街區，出門逛街、吃飯很方便，周邊還有濱河綠地，傍晚散步很愜意，酒店停車空間充足。不管是商務出行還是短途旅行都很合適。 作為老顧客，見證酒店煥新升級，整體品質提升明顯。乾淨舒適的環境、貼心周到的服務，加上優越的位置，入住體驗自在舒心。下次再來太倉，還會選擇這家麗楓，也推薦大家前來體驗。

出門很多時候訂麗楓，因為連鎖有一定標準，價格優惠，而且大部分地段都很好，這次也是，靠近瀏河，晚上風景很漂亮，這個季節正好吃好飯附近閑逛，酒店一如既往很乾凈，特別是衞生間，房間也夠大，前台很熱情，還幫我們升級房間，是一次美好的旅程

這家麗楓酒店，整體體驗超出預期，必須給好評。 先説衞生，這是我選擇酒店最看重的一點。房間打掃得非常細緻，進門麗楓標誌性的淡淡的薰衣草香氛。床品嶄新平整，衞生間枱麪、鏡面擦得透亮，淋浴間乾爽無積水，邊角縫隙都清理到位，一次性洗漱用品擺放整齊，看得出來保潔工作很用心。 硬件設施全部全新，品質在線。房間空調製冷制熱反應快，電視畫面清晰，網絡網速穩定。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭舒適度很好，奔波一天躺下能好好休息。淋浴出水很快、水壓穩定，開關順滑，房間燈光設計柔和，整體配置很符合麗楓品牌標準。 服務方面讓人感覺很舒服。前台工作人員熱情有禮貌，辦理入住、退房流程很快，耐心解答停車、周邊遊玩相關問題，有需求響應及時，沒有拖沓感，待人親切不生硬。 地理位置優勢很突出，濱河公園內、位置很好、出行便利，停車方便，不管是來太倉旅遊打卡，還是商務出差，住這裏都很合適。 酒店整體環境安靜，大堂簡約大氣，公共區域乾淨整潔。房間隔音效果不錯，整間酒店全新的環境，搭配貼心的服務，入住感受特別舒心。下次再來太倉，我還會優先選擇這家麗楓，也推薦給來太倉出行的朋友們！

房間挺大的，乾淨整潔。帶小朋友來太倉滑雪，住這邊吃飯方便，河對岸好多好吃的。入住時候送了小朋友的牙刷牙膏拖鞋，還送了歡迎水果。停車也很方便。兩份早飯不説很豐富也夠吃飽了。性價比挺高的

必須誇下酒店環境！大堂寬敞明亮，裝修簡約大氣。房間環境乾淨清爽，衞生做得很到位。酒店隔音效果可以，晚上很安靜，休息不受打擾。公共區域整潔，綠植點綴看着很舒服，整體環境讓人放鬆，非常適合出行入住。
