Pullman Suzhou Taicang

I booked this hotel by mistake. My Chinese colleague had recommended a hotel near Wanda Mall, which is more centrally located and offers better accessibility to the places I needed to go, but I don’t read Chinese well enough to notice the difference when booking. Although the location is not ideal, the hotel is close to a shopping mall if you some time to relax and shopping. For a business traveler, it was still very convenient to get a car—DiDi service was always available within five minutes. The room was spotlessly clean, which truly made my day. After long workdays, coming back to a room that was neatly and thoroughly cleaned was very comforting. Staffs were also friendly and such a great help, they will help anything I asked for them. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel.

Our best experience in Shanghai. The best place to enjoy the hotel. Love the rooms and the staff. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Will come back again

Dear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice. Never again!
