I changed the kettle, but it was still rusty. When I opened the toilet lid, there were hairs. The hygiene was very poor. The front desk service was good. If there was less mineral water, it was delivered immediately. 2 points are for the front desk's praise, otherwise 0.5 points. In addition, the breakfast is acceptable, but there are fewer Western pastries.

There is no price increase during Qingming Festival. The hotel lobby is very large. A deposit of 200 is required upon check-in, which can be paid via Alipay. It will be refunded upon check-out. Both hot and cold air conditioning can be turned on, which is good. It is already getting hot, so I turned on the cold air conditioning. There is a blood pressure monitor on the first floor, which can be used for testing. The room facilities are a bit old, with a small refrigerator and no socket at the bedside, so you have to charge it at the desk. The bathroom is from Kohler, which is generally good and cost-effective. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Jincang Lake Park and a 30-minute drive from Shaxi Ancient Town.

Although the hotel is old-fashioned, I really think it is a good deal. I went to Taicang to stay for a few days when I returned to China. I was too lazy to go to my own house. I would rather stay in Loudong because the cost performance is too high. The room was very clean, the toiletries were complete, the room was large, and it was very comfortable to sleep in with the curtains drawn. Parking is free and the location is in the center of Taicang. The breakfast is also clean, hygienic and delicious, with Taicang meat floss with porridge and freshly ground coffee. It is especially worth mentioning that there is a blood pressure monitor at the elevator entrance on the first floor. I will bring the elderly with me next time.

In addition, the temperature has risen in the past two days, and the room is stuffy. The air conditioner has been turned on for more than an hour, but the room temperature has not been lowered. Finally, a floor was changed. It was quite difficult to change rooms with two octogenarians. The air conditioner in the new room was not very good. In the end, only a little window could be opened for ventilation, which led to a stuffy sleep at night. To be honest, the attitude of the hotel from the lobby manager to the front desk restaurant waiter is very good, and they have always taken good care of my elderly. But it would be better if you ask more questions when checking in, "The hotel entrance is under renovation and construction. Living in the south is easy to be woken up early in the morning. Do you want to live in the north?" Because we were awakened by the sound of impact drills at 6 o'clock in the morning for two consecutive days, if the front desk had informed us of this situation when we checked in, we could have avoided the rooms facing south. It was too tiring to move again, so we endured it for two days, but it was still a bit unpleasant. Finally, the Su-style noodles on the first floor of Yuebin Building were too hard and would not be cooked no matter how hard they were cooked. I was quite disappointed. However, the stir-fried dishes were unexpectedly delicious and not expensive. The elderly were very satisfied with the food. Loudong is generally okay, but I hope that they can consider the guests' perspective and be more meticulous in service.
